    new at 49. what would be good first cycle.

    Hi eveyone. Just finished 3 weeks of anadrol 50. Just looking for advice on my first stack. I am male 49. 5'10" 215 lbs. Body fat maybe 17%. Been working out for 4 years. Started with alot of the video workouts and started doing a bodybuilder diet and getting serious about 2 years ago. Dont like getting old and trying to slow the clock down a bit. Any advice you have would be appeciated. I thought about test not sure which one. Was leaning toward sustanon 250 and deca for joints not sure from there.

    Welcome aboard. Start with reading the important threads on the Q&A subforum, particularly those by Austinite. Almost always recommended that any early cycles consist of testosterone only, with proper AI and hCG (generally), and PCT. Best of luck!
