    Estrogen control

    I need some advice on what you guys think is the best way to control my estrogen levels on my first cycle of test e. I don't plan on starting soon I just want to get some info so I can set up a good plan.

    Age-23
    Height-6'1
    Weight-190
    Body fat-%15

    As PT stated what are you planning on running? Hopefully you are going with the recommended tes only cycle in which adex @ .25 eod would be a good starting point.
