I have 5000iu ampoule and 1 cc bacteriostatic water. After mixing What should i draw out If THE vial if i want 250iu ? Currently using 3/10 ml syringes I guess it's the smaller insuline syringe on the market.

I add 2 cc's of back water to recon my hcg . The 10 mark on a slin pin is 250 ius which is still a very small amount to inject.

Thank you but Still I don't get the math... I think if I mix 5000iu with 1cc I should withdraw up to the 2.5 mark right ?

Well.. Yes.

250/5000 x 1 mL = 0.05 mL

You need 0.05 mL. That is 5 points in a 100 IU/marks insulin syringe. If you reconstitute with double the cc's (to 2 mL) go for the 10 points.
You will be very inaccurate at injecting such volumes, if you manage to do it at all. You can go for a smaller syringe and/or more mL's of solvent.

Add the other CC of back water and make it easy on yourself.
