My 2 cents...
When "running blind" ie: no bloodwork...
Side effects of crashing estrogen = Bad!
Side effects of crashing prolactin = More fun!

Consequences of crashing your estrogen, with too much Adex, would be lack of libido, lack of erections, and joint pain.
Consequences of crashing your prolactin, with Caber would be intensified orgasms, and reduced refractory period, after ejaculation...

Well. The best thing would be bloodwork before cycle.
Start with .25mg Adex every other day.
Bloodwork mid cycle, to asses estrogen.
Adjust Adex as needed.
The truth is, everyone responds differently to aromatization. I have a friend, and know of others, who experience no estrogen sides, on 500mg test per week, and others who need .25 Adex every day.
Dialing in, with no bloodwork, can easily become a yo-yo ride, if you're not careful, or very experienced. The consequences of estrogen being too high, or too low, can range from annoying to dangerous, with an almost guarantee of sexual disfunction.
I usually start Adex around the end of week 2.
As far as prolactin related sides go, if one keeps their estrogen in check, it shouldn't even be an issue. However, the consequences of crashing your prolactin, with Caber, if taken when not needed, or too soon, is less of a health problem. The side effects can actually be desirable, hence it's use by male porn "actors"...
