    First Cycle - Clen

    Hey guys I'm new here but have been a floater for quite some time now. I'm in the middle of my contest prep about 7 weeks out and I was wanting to run a clen cycle. I'm 19 174lbs somewhere just under 10% bf. Never had it measured but I've been getting really lean already with my diet and cardio. My workouts, cardio, diet is all in check 100%. I've been training for four years and I'm just wondering if I'd be able to run a clen cycle for 1 on 1 off? Is there any pct I would need to do to avoid long term side effects? I'll be getting taurine during the cycle and I already drink around 1-2 gallons of water. Should I drop my pre wo to not put any extra stress on my heart? (razor8) And should you drop other fat burners? (erase by pes)

    At 19 you should be able to do it naturally.

    Too young for chemicals imo.

    Doing a contest prep at that age is as bad or maybe even worse than doing steroids . Just putting that out there.

    Can you explain why? There are tons of kids younger then 18 doing contest prep and going through extreme dieting . And I'm pretty sure a healthy diet with a calorie deficit isn't worse than steroids lol

    **** up the endocrine system. Some might even **** it up for life and will have to be on TRT.

    No per se, but getting to 5% bodyfat might **** it up. It's unhealthy, basically the same as being anorexic.

    I'm running clen right now and I'd advise dropping the pre workout stuff. I took adderall with 80mcg of clen the other day and my resting HR was around 95bpm. Just avoid taking it too close to your workout. As far as PCT, nothing is necessary. Some people taper down at the end of their cycle but plenty of others do not with no problems. 1 week on 1 week off sounds pretty short as the normal cycle is 2 on 2 off.

    Would being too over weight **** it up too then?

    Do you mind if I ask what your stats are, and have you experienced any sides?

    Bloody hell some of the nooby replies on this thread are silly , clen isnt a steroid ..... Furthermore IMO you can achieve what you want in the kitchen , id stay away from clen for a lil dont want to be straining your heart

    let's clarify something...

    Yes being contest lean is EXTREMELY UNHEALTHY as unhealthy than being morbidly obese.
    and yes It will **** your hormones.

    It is safer to get contest lean with steroids than without...
    at your age of course steroids are not safe either...

    However, you can recover pretty fast from the damage done by being contest lean...

    Now the clen related answer.

    Better take it 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off or non-stop with the use of ketotifen.

    be sure than your blood pressure is in check will on clen.
    If you blood pressure is ok you are ok.

    You can expect some erectile dysfonction while very lean... your testosterone might be supressed alot.
    Cialis can help you controling your Bp and fixing your ED if their is some.

    Stats, 23 years 6ft 203lbs 21% body fat.

    I had some gnarly muscle cramps the second day of my cycle but those have since tapered down with the use of taurine. Used 5g taurine first 5 days, went down to 4, now I'm at 3g with no muscle cramps. I have minor shakes a couple hours after taking it but it's really not that bad and I can sit through hours of classes and take notes with no problem.

    So what would be the safest steroid for me to use going into a contest prep at 6 weeks out? I've done a lot of research. But obviously don't have any personal experience. Is winstrol too strong at my age? Or will clen already do the trick? How about anavar ? A lot of guys my age are on several things prepping for the same contest but I don't wanna sacrifice my future so I wanna know what's safest first. Thanks for the reply.

    Your friends "don't" know what there doing and you may have done some research but it hasn't sunk in yet. If you were my son or younger brother I would tell you to focus more on your training and diet and less on the pharmacology. Don't worry about "them", worry about you. You are too young to cycle just yet so don't clutter your mind right now with it and instead do all if your research now so you can make the best decisions down the road. Good luck with your contest.

    You don't need PCT for clen . I would avoid caffeine or other stimulants for at least a few hours after dosing clen.

    Haha they're not my friends, just guys im competition against. Like I said before my diet, workout routine and cardio is all in check. I just hate having tired legs at work 24/7 so a little extra something to burn the fat on top of my hard efforts would be nice. Especially cause I'm one of the only natural guys in my class.
