    first cycle

    Hello I'm 28 6'0 298 pounds (lost 28pounds last two months )
    I'm trying to cut weight for sports weight goal is 270 pounds

    My cycle is for 8 weeks

    winny mlg 250 one cc every other day

    Anavar 50g everyday

    Test cyp 150mlg 1cc every 3days



    My first injection was Monday and I F it up I shot the test and winny in my stomach and that crap hurts bad right now , but today I did it in my shoulder


    My biggest fear is gyno my supplier told me I could take the novadex while running my cycle even though I don't have any simptoms

    My diet is clean I work out everyday and I'm just looking for an extra fat lost , I can't do tren because I play sports I can't deal with the lost of wind .......


    ANY ADVISE people ?

    Your first cycle should be test only. If anything goes wrong you will not no which compound is causing the sides. Read the sticky planning and executing my first successful cycle. Everything you need is there

    What is your bodyfat %??

    Listen to the post above from Bio.

    And if you are trying to lose weight steroids will not help, you will probably gain weight, your diet will dictate what happens.

    you shouldn't have got on with such a high body fat. that can give you estrogen issues even at 300mg test a week. since your already on you best get a ai to keep your estrogen down. the winny isn't going to melt body fat like you think you'll see. you need to count cals stay at a deficit to lose the fat. gear only helps with keeping strength up doesn't rid bodyfat at all truth..

    Thank you guys for replying , so your saying that anivar doesn't burn fat and Winn doesn't burn fat that I'm wasting my time

    No steroid burn fat, diet and cardio burn fat. Only thing they might help is in maintaining muscle mass while burning fat by dieting and cardio. Doesnt seem to be your problem at (over) 26 % bodyfat.

    Cycling at high bodyfat is lot more dangerous as there are potential a lot more side effects. We only recomend cycling below 15%, you should stop IMO

    Why shoot in your stomach? These drugs will make your stronger but they won't burn fat. Only diet and cardio will do that

    My stomach still hurts thinking about it. If he actually went into the stomach muscle then he's a bad SOB because that shut hurts

    This is solid advice. If you were to consider dropping some more bf naturally then cycling your end results would be so much more satisfying.

    THANK YOU GUYS FOR REPLYING ....I have done so much research I have lived on steroids .com watching all there videos and reading asking people questions trying to figure out what works and what doesn't....but people always say u can't just read because you have to find out what works for you , and the cycle I'm doing var Winn test cyp according to website this is a cutting cycle for burning fat and losing weight ....I run everyday I work out everyday my diet is real clean I don't think I'm getting enough calories during the day I'm suppose to be eating 3500 cal but that shit is hard as hell to do with clean eating , so honestly I may not be eating enough .....my biggest fear is gyno I'm scared as shit of that and I been thinking about cutting my cycle because of the fear of that ......I tried clen but could not find quality stuff mine was crap and didn't work.......


    Like I said I have done my research but when you are taking in so many differs information you miss that only hgh can be shot in the stomach but not all the other steroids and yes that shit still hurts and it's been since Monday ....



    I been at 299 to 298 for the past three weeks and not moving I just thought this cycle would help but seems like I'm starting to gain weight using gear is complicated as shit , and my supplier doesn't help he just says take and take without explains

    Your guy is a dealer... Plain and simple... They usually act like they know what there talking about but in reality they don't know sh*t! He's out to make a buck... Do not listen to him... Your getting all the advice you need on this forum(from experienced members and thru the stickies!

    At your bf% you won't see the effects of winny... Try and get down to 15% max b4 you cycle!

    So to get down to that 15% body fat what would u recommend besides diet and cardio do u think clen will help get me down a little

    IMHO - diet and cardio will dictate your weight/& bf loss... Carb cycling is great for losing bf! I wouldn't use any compounds or peps atm! Post up your diet in the nutrition sec... And they'll sort you out!

    My diet is pretty simple.

    I eat oatmeal and peanut butter and a banana every morning 7 days out the week

    I eat chicken and legume every day 3 times for lunch midday snack and dinner


    legume is a mixed vegetables dish containing egg plants spinach carrots purple cabbage


    ASK U CAN SEE THE DIET IS CLEAN NOT MUCH CARBS BUT I DONT EAT ENOUGH , AND I DONT MIND EATING THE SAME MEALS EVERYDAY

    I HAVE THE SIX PACK MEAL BAG SO MY PORTIONS ARE KEPT AT THE BOWL SIZE

    I think you might be slowing your metabolism down by not eating enough. Your breakfast should be bigger and I would drop the peanut butter. The idea of breakfast is to break the fast and shuttle food into your system quickly. Your body needs it you haven't eaten in 6-8 hrs you been sleeping. My breakfast is pretty simple 8 egg whites 2 yolks 1 cup of oatmeal and 16 oz glass of oj

    I do an egg white scramble(6 whites two whole)w/ch and veggies and a meat, oatmeal, Apple or banana and a shake...

    It's funny, when my gym time is where it should be and I'm hitting it 5x a week I find myself waking up during the night at least once and I will snack, eating usually a peanut butter and jelly sandwich or something like that. My body knows it needs the extra calories.

    I'll have caseine shk b4 bed and still wake up hungry in the middle of the night... I'll snack on a protein bar or have a small middle of night whey shk or something as well...

    I get up,every night and eat a quest bar.... Lol it's just enough to get me through the night

    Mine is usually sunflower seeds and cranberries. Quick and easy and I barely have to wake up to eat it.

    I'm stoping my cycle I have gained 10 pounds in a week , I was hoping to lose weight not gain , and the Winn injection is the most painful thing I have ever felt , steroids are too complicated

    Sorry if that sounds blunt and condescending but at your bodyfat % dropping down to 15% will make all the difference to you.
