Test deca Eq cycle advice

So I'm planning to run a bulking cycle that helps me gain as much weight and size as possible.
stats
22 yr old
205 lb
16% bf
The cycle im planning to run is:
week 1: 250 test c, 200 deca , 200 eq
week 2-8: 500 test, 400 deca, 200 eq
week 8-10: 400 test, 400 eq
pct: clomid
i also have dbol (idk if its legit) but can i throw that in the beginning of the cycle? My main target is put as much size to my arms as possible, any body have any recommendations about how to do that through the routine?
My routine:
Sun: off
Mon: chest/bicep
Tues: legs
Wed: back/ traps
thurs: shoulers/ tricep
fri: off
Sar: bicep/tricep

Also does the dosing seems okay or i need to change something?

Eq should be run at the least 400 per week and most people like to double that the first week to "frontload" as you won't see eq results until 6-8 weeks. It would be smart to run eq for at least 10-12 weeks or it won't be worth using. Might consider bringing up your test to 400 a week especially if you plan on implementing d Bol. 400 a week is still a moderate number but will give you much better results. Eq is great though one of my favorite cycles is eq and test. Yes eq takes time but the results will be solid and you will not lose them if you keep a good diet. D Bol will be a lot of water weight. I see that you are raising the test that's good. Only problem I see is the eq needs to be at least 400 throughout the cycle

I may be wrong, but I've never heard of anyone running deca and eq together in a stack.
