    Need help for my first cycle!

    Hello there,

    I'm 5'11" and weighing around 150lb.
    Training 5 or 6 days a week.
    Needing more lean sized body.

    My question is:
    •Since this is my first cycle, should I run sus250+deca or sus250 only?
    •How many mg should i take of sus250 or sus250+deca a week?
    •What's the best minimum pct?

    At your height and weight this is what you need

    AAS do not make up for a substandard diet and the risks at your age simply aren't worth it when you just need a diet and maybe training,mover haul.
