    preworkout and cialis combo

thoughts? If you take cialis daily 5mg and here and there use a pre workout supp, what are effects? Possible bad chest pains? I used a preworkout a few times while doing the cialis daily and I had no negative effects other than the positive of the tingles and more energetic. do you really have to avoid preworkout supps?

No.... But they do increase the aches but also the pumps and vascularity... It's great for BP/Prostate/blood flow, etc! Pre w/o's are fine but it could cause more aches per say... Supplement NAC 2-3x daily w/Vit C for aches etc, and I've found that OTC Prilosec(Omerprazole) works great! I was also getting heartburn...

I use both. I take 10mg of Cialis one hour prior to workout and a preworkout 30 min prior. Works awesome.

Nope no negatives but the pre w/o will intensify the aches if one gets them(low back and glute area, legs) but have found that NAC coupled w/vit C works well...

Those above are the only things I've ever encountered but it is individually based...

i take 600mg of NAC daily. That is one pill. Off cycle either way should i be taking 1200mg daily or not necessary?

If your not feeling the aches from it(I do but some don't) then you don't have to, but NAC & Vit C are cheap and are great supps.... Off cycle I'd say it's up to you... Heavy lifting can raise ALT/AST(liver enzymes) so NAC would be good... It's a preference

Since I started supplementing NAC/Vit C w/it it has helped my aches....
