    hawthorn beryy

    will this actually make a difference, blood pressure is getting a little out of wack. throbbing pulsating headaches.. just checked 141/96 not so bad butt bad enough for the headaches..

    First cycle and 6 months blasting already and counting
    Multi compound usage throughout
    4 months of tren and counting (700mg pw for a first time?!?!?)
    Never got bloodwork
    Blood Pressure that gives you banging headaches and potential long term cardiac problems

    Yeah risk taker, reckless, whatever Mike. You are doing everything that shouldn't be done for a first cycle.

    Now, what was your steroid question seen as this is in the anabolic Q&A?

    i just checked pressure now and im at 140/102 does tren normally bang bp uo this high or am i over the top? plus i just added a little dbol in at 40mg ed about 4 days ago does dbol add to the high bp?
    double checked pressure again and im at 136/86 i got the little wrist digital checker hopefully its accurate.

    and yes i have come along away all my compounds are up to where im repping weight that i could only hit for 1 or 2 not to long ago that im hitting for 10+ now. extremely happy with all.. theres some numbers that i really want to lock in and keep when i come off.. come off the tren anyway im staying on test..

    No ones master piece is ever really ready... We just keep changing our goals along the way, that's what's so great about this sport ...

    yea man theres always short term goals that i hit, then im obsessed with the next i got a little problem with that. id say that if anything i have lost a tad bit of body fat. right now im takeing in 500+ grams a day in carbs and about 4k+ in calories. the high carbs keep the strength/progression coming fast.. plus i extremely active person with the job i have.

    Edit... Yes and a bigger cuff may yield better/more accurate results(as the smaller ones tend to read me higher)...

    Wrist BP monitors are a poor choice. Get it properly checked. If your diastolic is truly around the 100 mark then you need to address it immediately.

    This and as BIB said if diastolic is really around 100, dont mess around, that is dangerously high.

    You are stage 2 hypertension. The only higher level if imminent stroke.

    well i just snaged up 30x50mg tabs so as of now im poking 100tren a/100 tren e eod. so that puts me at 700mg a week. so im thinking cutt the e in half or abort the e all together and go for 100 tren a eod with the dbol .. so if i can snag up some gainz with dbol run befor i drop all and cruise on some test all be happy camper.. yeaaaa buddy woot woot. one more question will i drop dead from some heavy ass deads. im pulling on saturday so all probly still be in the high

    nooo bodybuilding all the way. im all about compounds lifts first thing every time i walk in the gym, my goal is always to gain strength and progress in compounds buttt i do stick to lifting in the 6-10 range with my main lifts. doing this size follows nicely. deadlifts repping mid 400s/ squat mid 300s/ bench 275 / over head standing 185. this is all working weight for me at where I'm at. any time somebody ask what you benchn bro its like well all tell you what i hit and repped last week its little bit of a complex question for somebody who lifts in a higher end of rep range.

    Im repeating my quote from above. If you came to see me in my past life as a personal trainer I'd refer you to a doctor before I even considered training you due to your blood pressure. Your heart is also racing. 4 months on tren and 6 months plus of being on cycle is way to much. Stop. Now. Listen to the advice or you're gonna end up in hospital (or worse).

    One thing I hate about this forum is that nobody answers questions.

    To answer your question, yes hawthorne berry extract will do wonders do lower your blood pressure.. You already messed up because you weren't taking support supplements in the first place, which is silly because you can get an on-cycle support supplement which contains all the ingredients you need to prevent/reduce high bp, protect your liver, protect your prostate, help battle acne etc. for like $20-30.

    just cutt the the tren dose down by 50mg feeling wayy better. i almost done this run man. going to just run test for the summer. only got about15 weeks in on the tren tren i believe would have to double check my notes. before that was just kittie stuff man little dbol around the start a little eq nothin major.

    Get a supplement called blockade or liver and organ defender. Both have a bunch of supps specifically for liver and a bunch for controlling blood pressure.

    Dude, just come off cycle.
    No matter what you accomplish in the process of risking your health, you're just going to lose most of it anyway within a few months and have to do it all over again.
    So you may as well take it easy and not cause yourself a stroke.

    6+ months I would live to see a progress pic, aswell... I would think that after all that gear(if diet was on point) then you should be quite big/& ripped?!

    cutt dose in half blood pressure still high as before. lets say i drop all how long would it take for blood pressure to come back down. does it come down gradually or what i don't understand?
