blood pressure level high?
Went to a pharmacy and did a quick test on one of their machines, came back at 154/90 and 64bpm.
I'm 2 weeks in on 150mg EOD test p, 30mg var, arimadex .25 EOD.
This level has me freaked right out. Im usually well within normal levels, and now I'm really high.
Advice? Should I be worried? I was getting pip so I have been taking Advil, which may contribute.
40yrs, 15%, clean diet and crossfit 4-5 days a week.

Get a cuff for home use, I tend to run a little higher when I'm out and about walking around as well.
You should also read up on low dose Cialis, this can help lower BP and has a lot of positives besides that.

Make sure your are using the correctly sized cuff, also. Most cuffs have index marks to indicate if you are using the correct cuff. A cuff that is too small will give you skewed measurements.

Bought a cuff.
Right after I tested with the store monitor (154/90) I tested at 174/100 with the cuff. What the heck man. Is the store monitor more accurate? Because that's a big difference.
Just tested this AM with my cuff at 150/88 which is a little closer to normal (all things considered) but that's a big drop. Thinking I might go back to the store, grab some tea, and test again.
Anyone have any input on the levels?

150/88 is still high.
Hows your e2 management? Are you bloated? Holding water?
This will contribute to high bp. You can bump the IA to help.
If bp still high afterwards its time for blood pressure drugs. Go to the doctor.

I just bumped my Adex to .5. How long should I wait before I see a reduction in BP (if any)? My next p shot is this aft (150mg) should I reduce it as well?
Not going to lie, this has me a little freaked out. First cycle, and I'm wondering if I should go straight to PCT and call it a day. Last thing I need is to drop dead mid workout!

During cycle if my BP gets elevated when I'm already at 0.5mg of adex I use BP medication.
Ussually I use an ARB (angiotension receptor blocker) irbesarten, 75mgs is enough to put me back to 120/80.
You can look here at BP medications: https://www.heart.org/HEARTORG/Condi...47_Article.jsp
That part of the Heart website explains very well whats high blood pressure, and thats the risks and treatments available.

You can decrease sodium... Add celery, beetroot juice and hawthorn berry to your diet regimen and that will lower levels naturally if you don't wanna resort to any medication

Will try that.
I increased adex to .5, took some dandelion tea and garlic extract, and drank a ton of water today. Also went militant on the diet cutting all sodium, and it seems to be working. I dropped 10 points today already. Also cut caffeine and dropped the var in my cycle.
Thanks for the help here, I appreciate it.

Pharmacy bp checkers are inaccurate because the cuff size is too small for most men.
For support supps, try hawthorne berry extract and garlic extract to lower BP.

Op just a thought are you on any other medication? Cutters? Hgh? OTC meds? ALOT of things can raise blood pressure. Although yours does seem to be pretty high. What is your bp normally on cycle and off?

Yeah it's really bizarre. The pharmacy BP monitor was 154/90, so I bought a cuff monitor and it immediately came back in the 170 range. Not sure which is accurate? I had a full physical 2 months ago, and all they said was my BP was "normal". I can likely get results from my GP if need be.
Took a reading yesterday morning, 153/85. Dropped to 143/80 by dinner. Took one at bed and it was 159/90? This was after 2 days of CRAZY strict diet (zero salt), Hibiscus tea, Hawthorne, garlic extract, and loads of water.
Took one this morning and it came out at 179/90, switched arms and it's 163/80.
I do take indomethacin for joint pain from time to time (took one last night because my elbow was killing me). I just googled it, and that might be what caused the jump.
If I decide to pull out of my cycle I do have PCT on hand. Thinking that might be the best option right now to get things under control. This sound right or too aggressive?

PCT is good, 3 days after last prop pin.
Those "herbal" products are a waste of money, just like test boosters.
You need bp medication or stop and PCT. Did you check the website I posted above?

Yep. I have an appointment with my GP tomorrow, I will go over my BP and possible options with him.
Last pin was yesterday, will start PCT tomorrow as well. Maybe wait until this winter to try and get everything sorted before I start again. Frustrating, because I was just starting to see some gains (really leaned out the last week) but no worries.
