    Underactive Thyroid and T3

    Guys and Gals,
reaching out with some questions to help my Bud.
He's 39, and just got diagnosed with Underachieve Thyroid. He has a history of non proper AAS use ( Var only cycles, etc) He also have taken T3 sporadically for couple years. But hasn;t taken any in 5-6 months. Should he get back on it? to supplement his low Thyroid?
    He's 39 Old, 5.9 about 210-220.
I found out yesterday about his problem, and would love to help him with some knowledge.

Exercise and diet probably won't fix his thyroid.

If he got diagnosed by a doctor then the doctor should've prescribed him meds.
