How to run a cycle in pyramid technique?

Hi, I am a personal fitness trainer. My age is 28 years, 5ft 9inch in height and 143lbs (65kg) lean in weight. I have 8 to 10 % of body fat and i hardly gain weight due to my lifestyle. I am working out since 7 years on and off on natural diet. I have been studying about steroids and how a person runs the cycle but I have just come across like person having a note that they use 250mg or 500mg at a time in one short whether beginner or advance. I might be mistaken but I have come to know for some bodybuilders that they use in a techniques called pyramid. So any one knows much more about this technique. What a will be the dose for beginners and intermediate?

I agree that your diet needs to be assessed. If your having trouble gaining weight. You eat more. Still not gaining weight then you eat even more. Staying lean comes down to your diet. If your diet isn't on point then your not going to get the results that your looking for and you won't keep it if your not eating enough for the weight that you put on.
IMO pyramid cycle isn't ideal. It's hard to keep your levels stable when your ramping up and ramping back down. Sticking to a dose throughout your cycle is best. Also you will get better responses if you com up with a cycle plan and have it critiqued. I'm guessing that you haven't cycled before. You should read the first cycle sticky and stick with that

A tip that helped me grow was to eat smaller meals 7-9 times a day. Don't eat until you're full as fk because you won't eat for another 3-4 hours.

Basically - your constantly force feeding - all day... There's moments thruought the day that I'm literally just shoveling the food down b/c I'm not even hungry lol - if ya want to be 200lbs eat like it(all day every day)
