    Newbie question

    Hi all

I am a 47 man, 5ft 11 and in March 2015 when i seriously started hitting the gym (although i have been going for around 2 yrs on and off) i weighed 15 stone 7 pounds. I now weigh 14 stone 2 by upping up the gym visits, hitt training and changing my diet. My muscle mass is 40.3kg and percentage body fat is 23.8%.
I really enjoy the gym and go most days.
I have just purchased the mass stack from (decca 200, d-anobol 25, test 600x and then 75) and have started the cycle. Has anyone else taken these and did you see any results?
I am suffering from golfers elbow in both arms and i am hoping that the tablets might help, your thoughts please
    Steve

Steve no offense but you're borderline obese. It's really unsafe for you to be using AAS at this time in your life. I think that you should stop everything and go into PCT.

The good news is you bought supplements not steroids . Use them in conjunction with a great diet and lifting orogramme and they will help.

Visit the workout and diet sections for some good advice and if your elbows are that bad go see a physio.

I realise now these are supplements and I do have a strict diet which I now follow
    My weight is 89.5kg
    Muscle mass is 40.3kg
Percentage body fat is now 21.9
I'm going in the right direction and I think the supplements are helping
Maybe I am borderline obese but I am doing something about that.
Is that true that I shouldn't take steroids at all at my age, I would have thought that these would help?

Steve I should have been more clear in my initial post. When I wrote "It's really unsafe for you to be using AAS at this time in your life", I was referring to your high body fat percentage and not your age. I apologize for any confusion.

It sounds like you're on the correct path. Dial in your diet and workout routine. You should be fine to run a cycle of test in about a year when you get your body fat to under 15%.

I just sent him the same PM lol. I wouldn't have realized it either if you hadn't posted. Looks like their deceptive advertising got not only the OP but also tice and I.
