I'm on 3rd week of cycle

Test and hcg @ 500 every Wed & Sat
Anatrozole was @ .25ml Eod, just bumped it to. 50ml Eod

I've got some serious lumps under both nipples and they're both very painful

What should be my EXACT protocol? Please and thank you

You should either go to private mdlabs or your primary care physician an have blood work ASAP. When I say ASAP I mean tomorrow. If you have ralox on hand then you should begin taking it at 120 mg for the first week and 60 mg/week thereafter. If you don't have ralox but have nolva then begin taking it today at 40 mg for the first week and 20 mg/week thereafter. You should also increase your dex dosage to 0.5 mg/EOD.

Doubling a dose for the first week is called a frontload. Frontloading raises peak plasma levels faster.

If you have gyno while taking test then it's likely from elevated e2. AIs control aromatase which in turn effect e2 levels. If your gyno is e2 related then your AI dose was not sufficient enough to keep e2 within range. It's a good idea to have BW an see a doctor to have additional testing to make sure it's not a more serious issue.

Hes right frontload 120 And Cruz on 60 mg. It's titty prevention man.and I have no experience with adex I have only used aromasin

I would up the AI to 0.5mg eod and run a SERM like tamox or ralow for 2-4 weeks then come off and see if estro or nips start to get the issues back IMO.
if off cycle and with full blown gyno i would rec the ralox at higher dosecouple months then slightly lower for couple more and see. in some cases needs to be cut out. did you already have gyno and this is making it worse by any chance?

OP has had gyno for several months pre cycle. This cycle has only exacerbated the symptoms.

I would have addressed that gyno issue pre cycle as well man. Now you have a cycle in the mix. Up your ai to manage e2 (which your current dise is not adequate) and start ralox. Id frontload it at 120 for a week then drop it to 60 for the following weeks.
