This is why pre-cycle bloods are so important, everyone's optimum levels are individual to them. There isn't a one size fits all here, thats why the range is so wide 348-1197. I, for example am 39 y/o and have a Total t of 380, very low on the scale, but I function normally.
There are other people on this site who are vastly more experienced than I am, so please wait for their input, but if it were me and I felt I'd not recovered properly, I would look into running another PCT, then wait another 6-8 weeks and test again. Not sure how soon you could/should run another PCT though.
Whilst your other thread is a little too graphic for me, I've read what you wrote. I would suggest that gauging your labido, strenght of wood etc on your response to porn may not be your best approach. Zero foreplay, no intimacy, immediate expectation etc, you can become desensitized to sex from porn as there is no chase or lead up to "the event".

You really should wait for the other more experienced members to add their input before you do anything, but I'd expect to run something like a typical 4 week clomid 75/50/50/50 nolv 40/20/20/20

Need to see LH and FSH to understand the values.
But based on what you showed, your test and free test are mid range so you dont need PCT. If you had precycle values it could be compared and maybe do something about it, but who knows what were your values before, doing another PCT could set those values up or down...
Its normal for testosterone not to return to top of the range after a cycle in young people.
You seem a very unstable person (which is normal in many young), try to focus your life on the important stuff.

Do not run another PCT.
Get bloodwork done in another 4-6 weeks.
When was your blood drawn?

You cannot tell anything at this stage, blood or not whatever the numbers are at this stage are somewhat meaningless.
You cannot run a cycle, run a PCT and expect everything to be magical greatness in a mere few weeks. Even if your PCT was some sort of spot on grand designed PCT this isn't physically possible.
Full recovery from a cycle, everything back to where it was pre-cycle can take months.

Take the D3 year round.
You may need to take less in the summer if you are tanning.

These results were before I ever cycled.
I live in the desert "Valley of the sun" and I run it year round.
From what I've read most people are deficient and 5000iu daily is a moderate dose.
Doses of 10000iu or more for extended periods of time (30+ days) can become toxic.
You can read more about it at Vitamin D - Scientific Review on Usage, Dosage, Side Effects | Examine.com

Fuk I panicked when I got my bloods back and took 50 Clomid and 20' nolva. Since that day a few says ago it feels like I'm back to square one zero drive and wood, ( until then I could get semi aroused and 85%)
Did I fuk myself up

I tried dosing the vitamin d3 at 5000 IU's a day and the only thing I noticed was constipation, faster heart beat at night, and insomnia. I backed off the dose to 1000 IU's a day and symptoms ceased. Interestingly enough, I read up on sides for d3 overload and mine were at the top of the list.
