I would like to start a cycle but I'm completely ignorant about the whole process. I workout 5 days a week in the early am, my diet is pretty solid. 7-10 servings of veggies 2 fruits 8-10 ounces of chicken, protein shake (contains one of the fruit servings and blended, multivitamin, fish oils and green tea. No soda or junk food unless a cheat meal which is every 10 th meal, typically subway. Sodium I keep under 1500mg and I drink about 150 ounces of water a day. I'm currently 5'10, 225, down from 257. I'd like to start the cycle around 20lbs. I don't care to get massive but I get its a part of the process for most of them. I want to get shredded. I bench around 315 which I can rep but I never do that weight because I work out alone. More of a cuircut training routine. What type of cycle should I take to get ripped? Should I stack? I'm proscribed Xanax for anxiety that I rarely use because I have under control from working out but I would like to know if I could take them while on the cycle if I get angry or anxious. I want to do this the safest text book way possible. If anyone has any tips or maybe point me in the right direction or correct thread, any and all advice would be much appreciated.
