Cool Everything on Gyno Surgery + Sides + Cycle Afterwords Questions and Answers?

My Gyno Surgery is in two weeks.

I already got my blood tests, just to check if I have above normal estrogen levels, so far, I am perfectly normal, and the doc cleared me of any abnormal rates. I was tested on for approximately 50 different things, recommended from the education thread in this forum, you can find by searching the educational forums on what to get tested for. All you need to know about bloodwork. Give you the normal/average readings of each suggested test.

    Questions on Gyno?

How long should I wait until I can get on cycle? Any suggestions? I did read the educational thread about gyno but he doesn't state anything about details about the surgery. I was thinking waiting 8 weeks then start cycle? Which incorporates the 6 weeks healing time, plus two weeks pre training to get my muscles and joints back up to speed.

While recovering within the first 6 weeks: Most people say, no upper body movement in the gym or nipple stitches will break and could cause scar tissue. Only thing you can do is maybe the bike sitting and leaning back version of the bike and utilize strict diet. That's the best I could come up with.

Recovery Time: So far, its recommended 6 weeks, but not for sure how long it will take to fully heal before I can go on cycle. I was thinking, September, surgery, then it would take me 6 weeks, mid October, recovery and start getting back into the gym.
OP Reply: I have already got a cycle put together waiting - Test E and Mast, for my stats and full cycle write up, see this link for a thread I started for my stack. http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...ml#post7089568

How much does it cost?: This is always asked, so I will put it here, since I live in Europe, best place that is recommended, Gynecomastia - considerable experience and expertise in this field or Home or chirirgia plastyczna medimel

You can do it either in the UK or Poland, I chose Poland, 1800 Euros, after everything, its about 2400 Euros. This includes lipsuction, if needed, drain, blood tests, hotel stay - only 64 Euro a night plus %5 discount, and small fees for medical costs.

Side Effects of Surgery that I have researched? If doctor takes to much of your gland out behind your nipple, then you will have an indent, and if you might have an issue with the scar tissue. The scar tissue could cause or make your nipple look like it has gyno, even though its scar tissue. Hopefully I can avoid this, as this doctor is highly recommended. The other side effect, scars on the areola might be noticeable, if not healed correctly.

Some things you can do to limit scar tissue: 1 week after surgery, you need to massage the breast tissue, so you can break up or prevent the scar tissue from forming. Not for sure if this is true but the doc has put in the info packet to massage your breast for 30 min every day for a few weeks.

The questions I see in the threads the most: Can gyno come back, yes, it does, if you don't take care of it, meaning taking an AI. So how can you prevent it from every coming back when your on AAS or even off AAS. Always have an AI on hand, like letrozol, arimidex , or aromasin . Also, if on cycle, take the recommended dosage of an AI throughout the cycle, don't over due it on the AI, remember estrogen is needed, you just need to keep it from going over normal levels. Most people who have had gyno surgery say that they can use a test cycle, 500mg wk, and use Mast, 200mg/wk plus AI + a good PCT, nova, and clomid or just use hCG and AI. I am not 100 percent knowledgeable on the best ways to utilize PCT and hCG, but I know enough to help others on the issue.

If there is scar tissue build up: You have to get cortozone shots.

    1800 euro is about $2000.

I highly doubt gyno surgery is $2000 or less in the states.
My wife had one lymph node removed and the bill was over ten grand.

I don't believe any currency is double US dollar, meaning conversion factors. For instance, in Poland, the currency is Zloty's (PLN), and the conversion rate is about 4 to 1, meaning about 4 PLN to 1 USD. Surgery is pretty cheap all together. I will correct myself above, deadliftdog is right, 1800 Euro is about 2000USD. In the US, the surgery is about 4000 USD.

I had my gyno surgery prior to cycling. Had REALLY puffy nipples and stuff behind them.

BEST choice I've ever fvcking made. It was 100% covered by my insurance(total was $3600CND). I was back lifting within 2 weeks. Didn't do chest for 4 weeks.

Worst part of it all was, in order to get it covered by my insurance I couldn't be "put under". I was awake the whole time and I'll tell you this, not everything can get frozen..... Felt like getting stabbed a few times.

My scars are 100% gone. Can't even find them if you wanted too.

    Just my .02

Yes, thanks for the information, forgot to put the insurance option on this site. I am just paying for it but I might be able to get it covered. I will submit just for sure.

My bodybuilding friend told me that I would never do great in competition with my obvious gyno at low fat percentages.

Really useful info. I have mild gyno and some says it's not even noticeable, but I'm considering surgery at some point.
