    Mate your training routine needs working on aswell.
    5-6 days a week will be more beneficial.
    Or a 2on1 off routine whatever. But i dont think your training hard enough or frequent enough.

    I don't know how many times we have to tell you until it sinks into your head.

    Listen,

    Your NOT eating enough, your eating like a 135lbs man, forget cals for a second no matter how many your eating your only eating to support 135lbs, fact. You want to be 150lb start eating like one.

    Also your training routine is horrendous, its total sh1t and will not produce any serious gains.

    Go to the nutrition section and ask for help and list your diet

    Go to the workout section and post your weekly routine and ask for help for the goals you need to achieve.

    All this crap that mates and people you know have built 40-50-lbs worth of muscle in months is total fantasy, its impossible. If they did they would be stood on a stage in Vegas.

    Nothing is fast or quick in this game its being consistent for weeks, months and years.

    Steroids will only hinder you achieving your goals at this stage, not one person has stated different on this thread so listen or go and ask your mate for advice, its that simple but one thing is for sure we know what we talking about and your friends don't.

Judging by the photo he took and his propensity for stretching the truth, I would doubt the age. You also missed the intent of the shortcut comment. I was using the term derogatorily, as too many younger people see it as a shortcut.

    Agreed, just another kid lying about his age, who thinks that with 1 cycle will develop massive muscles.

    Wouldn't HGH help you get bigger in a short period of time??
