First Cycle Plan - 8-10 week cycle

Goal: Lean strength, not concerned with weight gain but more concerned with strength and speed as it pertains to athletic performance and not bodybuilding.

    Stats:
    Age 34
    BF 10%-15%
    H 5'8"
    W 190lb
    Never done a cycle before

    Current TRT:

I have two TRT programs that both have worked really well for me. My test started in the low 200's and how sits anywhere between 700 and 900 and Free Test 19 - 26.

    TRT 1 - 50mg Clomid EOD / .25 arimidex EOD
    TRT 2 - 100mg Test C

TRT 1 was my first and it worked really well and TRT 2 I just switched to and I am monitoring results so far and it is working about the same as TRT 1.

    Reasons for 8 week cycle:
I get bloodwork every 3-4 months and want to make sure I am back to baseline before the next test. Pending what my own BW says I can push back appointments.

Why Test C and not Test Prop
Pinning every other day doesn't bother me but there are other personal factors.

    • Bloodwork 1-2 weeks prior, on week 3, on week 14
    • 8 weeks - Test C - 500mg per week split into 250mg every Wed and Saturday
    • 8 Weeks - HCG 500iu - split into 250iu every Tue and Fri
    • 8 Weeks Arimidex - .25g to .5g EOD depending on how I feel or if I start sweating at night.

*Note, if everything is going well I will extend another 2 weeks

    PCT
    • Dial back down to my TRT 2 (Test 100mg/wk, HCG plan, Arimidex plan) for two weeks
    • Switch back to TRT 1 (clomid and arimidex) for 8 more weeks or just continue on with TRT 2 (test and hcg).

Vitamin A, E, D, ZMA, Multi Vitamin, Fish Oil, B12 (1 ml IM shot per week), NAC, Niacin, MilkThistle, Biotin, facewipes, acne bodyways

Meal plan will be in order before I begin. It is inline now but would need to up calories for this.

    Thoughts?

Initial thought is you need to choose a form of TRT.
I'm confused whether you're going to run prop or cyp.
Do not adjust your adex based on how much you sweat. Base it on labs.

Both TRT regiments work for me, the first one I did for about a year and the second one for a couple of months with similar results. I am leaning more towards sticking with the Clomid TRT for the long run.

I was planning on cyp, unless its advocated that prop is the must have way to go.

I agree on the adex, I was just commenting that over the past year with my TRT I have been more in tune and can tell my estro is rising.
