What is the red sensation in the face?

Always when i roid, even small doses i feel warmness and redness in my face. What is this, what marker in bloodwork, dangerous? At first i though BP, but my BP is ok. Quickfixes?

Pretty much the only side i feel. Except for a tiny heavy breathing when i grow heavy.

    Thougths....educated guesses?

    Check your hematocrit level.

Donate and hydrate. The flushing sensation in your face may be something entirely different, but I would monitor hematocrit anyway.

I notice that when I see guys cycle they look more "rutty". There is more blood circulating near the epidermis which is the largest organ in your body. My wife tells me I look darker when I cycle. I assume that there are slightly different reactions in guy that cycle.

Steroids increase heat production. The excess heat has to be released somehow (through capillary vasodilation), or we'd all be running a fever.

And that heat is not dangerous or what? My hct is 48 3 weeks into lgd and 150 mg test p ew. 5 weeks after summercycle it was 53. (mid august)

But this little bridge of mine gives me heat for sure.

Also add that testosterone , for me, does not allow me to tan "normally". I can be out in the sun in Philippines for 12 hours...not on cycle I would be crispycritter... on cycle no issues..just a bit red for 1-2 days...ruddy looking red. All blood work A-ok just a side of test for me at 1Gram +

Well anything within moderation of course. Bona is referring to your increased metabolism. Those little mitochondria are putting out ATP so fast that you just heat up like a little muscle factory. Most people are usually still around normal temp ranges since the body regulates well enough. There are other factors but this is the big one.

I wouldn't worry about it unless for some reason you're maintaining prolonged high temperatures for some reason. The higher HR and BP if you have them are more detrimental as far as side effects go on cycle since they are more prominent and the temp is usually regulated better.
