Help-worried
Hello all. I am an avid user on the website, but it's always been browsing and reading, never engaging in any communication, but thank you for all of the great advice out there.. Now I am here because I am worried about what I think is a gyno flare up and I am not sure what to do at this point. I don't have itchyness at all, but I definitely have some tender lumps not directly under the nipple, but around and underneath. It is effecting both areas of the pec/breast tissue and it seems consistent on both sides in the same area.
A little about me is I am just about 26, I am 220 at 5 9. (male)
I've always had tendency to hold a little extra body fat and I am pretty sure I have pre pubertal gyno as I have always had the enlarged puffy nipple look. This is my 3rd PH cycle.
I was using an oral only and transdermal stack for right around a month being 1, 4, and epi andro at about 400mgs of each a day. This was also stacked with super LGD-4033 at 10mgs a day with Letrone (AI) by BLR. About 3-4 weeks in I noticed something was not right, being my nipples and overall chest doesn't feel right and tender tissue. I just noticed if I squeeze my nipple a very tiny amount of clear fluid comes out. I immediately quit the andros and lgd and hopped on arimistane yesterday and have been using letrone and BLR's SERM: Rebirth for a couple of days. I am also taking DAA now and just hopped on mucuna l dopa.
I know only 4 andro is supposed to aromatize, so I didn't think this stack was a giant deal.
I guess I would like advice on where to go at this point and if I should immediately see a doctor, or if I should give this a few days to subside and clear on it's own?
Thank you so much for information and support in advance.

Welcome to the forums.
1. Don't ever squeeze your nipples.
2. Your prolactin levels are likely high.
3. Get blood work and check your E2 levels.
Docs can test for gynecomastia .~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

Ok, so I got my test results back with everything in normal ranges especially compared to my previous tests in the past EXCEPT my prolactin is about a 24. My e2 levels are within range, so is test. Where do I go from here?

Can someone tell me what I need to get to control prolactin with no other related issues and reverse the gyno I have accumulated (tested by dr confirmed). And where to get it? I will be making an endocrinologist appt monday if I need to.

I don't have any experience and I can't give you any advice but I will tell you what happened to me.
1. Gyno flare up - doctors did all the tests - everything came normal just like yours.
2. Eventually I saw endocrinologist who said it's normal in young (i was around 23-24) guys Wtf...
I didn't give up so he prescribed either relaxofien or tamoxifen - one of these two. It didn't reduce anything but it stopped it from growing. After 3 months the pain was gone too.
Again, I am no expert but I am assuming doctor gave me very little dose (I don't remember what dose). Had he given me higher dose it may have gone away, maybe.
Let's hope some senior guys can comment here.

I react better to cabergoline over prami when controlling prolactin.
