    AI and Estrogen

If an AI is there to keep your estrogen levels from being too low and too high does that mean my libido should be in good condition while on cycle?

Most likely your libido will increase on cycle. Especially if your keeping your E in check

    An AI lowers your estrogen.
Too much AI will lower your estrogen too much.

    So...
an AI keeps your estrogen form being too high but doesn't keep your estrogen from being too low.

It does not stop it from being too low. A AI lowers e2 If you never used a AI your e2 could/will go through the roof. But too much AI will lower it too much.
You should get pre cycle blood work done you use this is a marker then mid cycle this is when you can adjust you AI then blood work after pct to see if you have recovered.

But as for your libido it will all depend on your test half dosed, fake running other compounds AI dosed right ect ect.
