Lightbulb Hit a peak. Looking into using anabolics.

Im a 6'1 200lb male who has lifted for 10 years. Im 21, and ive hit a peak. Im no longer hitting my goals or gaining any kind of strength. My training has stalled. I was looking into starting a cycle but I have only a small amount of knowledge on gear. Should i start asking around? or do i keep changing my diet and hope i find new life?

PS... i know even if i do decide to start using gear it is a long process trying to find a real and reliable source.

    Welcome to the forum

First cycle should be Testosterone only

There is a lot of information on this site, read the sticky posts in the Questions and Answers

Pay particular attention to this sticky:
My First Cycle: Planning and Executing a Successful First Cycle

If you get a PM off someone claiming they are a source, dont listen, your last words in yor post about its a long process to find a real and reliable source could indicate that you would potetialy be desperate for a source or vunerable to falling for a scam so just bare that in mind.

    Any questions just ask

EDIT: sorry i missed your age, you shouldnt be cycling at such a young age.

I would adjust your training. You can still make gains at this point. Change your diet, split, volume, rep ranges, lifting tempo etc. I wouldn't cycle at 21. I did my first cycle at 22 and never recovered from it. I'm on trt now. I would hold off on cycling for a few years. Continue to educate yourself and really dial in your training and diet before taking the next ste

You're 21 and you've been training for 10 years? Not saying that's not possible but... I doubt it.

I have. My father brought me in the first day i was in 6th grade, sounds strange to people but he loved it and wanted his son to follow suit so here i am. Like a father takes his son fishing, my trip was to the gym.

Start, a new thread in the diet section.

Tell us your diet plan, and lay out 1 full day of meals. Make sure u make it as specific as possible.

If there is anything that will help push though this peak it will be in your diet!!
