Well your RBC count is slightly elevated, but the hematocrit % is within range. Are you dehydrated or maybe inadvertently produced an effect from overhydration like fluid volume excess (hypervolemia)?

Ever experienced acute phases of iron deficiency? It wouldn't be occurring now considering your HGB is at the peak end of the spectrum so it's stating sufficient oxygen transportation.

Distribution width is typical which correlates to no irregularities in osmotic regulation.

Do you take any analogue of the vitamin cobalamin? Or perhaps a B-Complex? Very seldom does one experience a cobalamin deficiency causing RBC count to drop, but it's pretty easy to jump your erythropoietic activity with large dosages.

You should donate blood to reduce your hematocrit.

Its bad for you as puts stress on your circulatory system and heart.

There is nothing alarming about your blood work. You may have been dehydrated when they drew blood. Are you an endurance athlete by any chance?Competitive running enthusiasts and cyclists alike often times have higher blood volume. Don't freak out man. It's high normal, but still normal. The stress you're going to put on yourself about this is far more harmful than your blood work. But if you're that concerned, like someone already mentioned, donate blood. That will bring it down. Also, stay hydrated and avoid ground beef

As Splifton pointed out, your RBC's are numerous, but on the small side. But yeah, you should go ahead and donate blood when you get the chance.
