Best cycle for gaining 10 pounds of lean muscle?
Any suggestions are appreciated. Preferably from ppl that have experience and have the knowledge. Not my 1st time.

I eat 6x a day. Weight is about 183 im almost 5'10. Muscular, lean frame. Ive ran cycles before. Started as a kid w just test, later i did test, dbol , and deca . Then test e, masteron , and tren . These were years ago and back then i was not on a good diet. Was a dumb kid. Recently now im 34 and when started was totally outta shape. Got back in and ran hgh, test e, sust, tren a, eq, and winny. 4iu hgh, 800mg test 300tren 300 eq and 200 win a week. I take min of 200g of protein a day eat well. Hit this plateau tht cant break. Wanna be a shredded 190 195

What's your cal intake? What's your split? Carbs fats protien?
It sucks but u don't truly lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. I would up the food intake depending on how much your really eating that is.
Looks like u have done a good amount of gear. It's kinda surprising u don't now what works best for u or how much of what will get u around the 10 lbs your looking for

Wtf... all i see is:
up your protein and diet and 3200 calories...
Seriously... to.bulk you dont need much protein...
Protein can be counter productive if you are an undereater.
Up your carbs! And minimum 4000 calorie... cmon... I cut at 3200 and im naturally fat...
Eat 4000 and up it every 2 week u til you gain around .5pounds a weeks.
gaining muscle is simple.
Sleep enough
Progress in your training(weight or volume wise)
Eat enough
Use enough steroids .
you wanna stay sub 10% while bulking...
Dont expect 10 pounds of lean muscle to come quick...
You are ready to take the time then tren will be the most likely to give it to you.
Go low fat high carbs medium prots. High calorie
Start training your whole body 3-4 times week. With suffisiant volume to gain but resonable enough to recover.
Get stronger!!!!
Sleep well
Gear up accordingly
I would love to struggle gaining muscle... force feeding is way funnier than starving...

Im trying to up calories. Forcing as much as can now to raise it. In gym 6 days a week at least 2 hours a day. Dnt wanna come off cycle.

If you truly pass 2hours a day 6 days a week you suffer from heavy ****arrounditis and train with extremely low intensity...
If you truly were training properly and intensely you would not be able to recover from that much work load...
And seriously being in the gym 2h a days your life must sucks to have so much nothing else to do...
You could do better with half that invesment in time...
Anyway...

In my opinion - Bullshit...
Its like if we could always gain 10lbs more...
Depending on genetics there is a limits to growth and he might as well be close to his max and for a natty 10lbs is massive...
Maybe he can natty. Maybe he cannot.
And diet has limits and to a certain point is less important than more gear.
