arimidex dosage on test e dbol cycle 12.5 mg eod?

what dosage of arimidex should I run on a test e dbol cycle?
from what ive read run at least 12.5 mg eod
is this correct?
and would I run that amount just on the first 4 weeks when I'm stacking with dbol or all 12 so on the final 8 test e only weeks as well?

Your getting your adex and aromasin starting doses are

Adex .25 eod
Aromasin 12.5ed
Blood work will tell you if things need to change.

i have read through that link many times man, lots of awesome information
stats, 5'8 24 years old, about 190 lbs. been weight training consistently for about 9 years
ran one cycle test e only dead bench max 365 squat 405 deadlift 500 overhead 225

You were getting your doseages mixed up thats why clarky layed out both for you.

The title of your thread is asking if you should take 12.5mg of arimidex EOD which is WAY too much arimidex

Take either arimidex 0.25 eod or aromasin 12.5 eod
NOT both

in regards to pct would you trust research chems for your rats?
i remember a certain lion site sponsor from not too long ago
there is so much contradictory information out there in regards to pct online and research chems
ive been researching these things for months and have spent money a few different sites with unsatisfactory results
