Gain plateu long cycle
I guys i am on my first cycle 100mg of prop ed i am 17week in, i don't have htpa problem because was put on trt for low test before cycling.
Are 3 week that i gain only bodyfat and i don't know what to do, in 14 week i go from 70kg to 83kg and from 16%to 18 bodyfat.. now after 3 week i weight 85 but 20%bodyfat,what is happening?
i take also adex 0.5 eod
i take blood work every month for check my health and everything is fine... only thing is that my hematocrit go up really fast and i need to donate at least e6week.
i take atenolol for blood pressure and keep my heart rate low and my blood pressure 120/60....
advice? i like bulking i don't wanna cut but i feel i am to fat... if i increase the dose a recomposition may happen while bulking?
i was thinking to add 250mg of test e once a week.

Your cycle is too long at the same dose, most plateau 10/12 weeks mark and thats why that is the recommended cycle length.
If you want to still gain you need to double your doseage if not go higher but i wouldnt recommend doing this.
The cycle should now be stopped and PCT started, let yourself recover and get bloods done 8 weeks after your PCT to see how your doing in terms of recovering from the cycle.
Remember time on + pct = time off.
Then you can consider starting a new cycle and you will see gains again.

double? shit my test prop is 100mg/2ml.. 4ml seem pretty big for one hole.
i am on trt,what pct?...
another question my doc prescribe me 0.75mg of test prop e3d.. but the ampoule is 100mg, i don't wanna trow 0.25mg so i shot 100mg is fine for trt?

Sorry i missed you were on TRT.
Instead of PCT, Just come off and go back to your prescribed TRT dose.
I wont comment on you using the extra prop as im not knowledged enough on TRT, but i suspect if 0.75mg is what your doctor says you need then tthats what you need, not more?
I dont know if you could buy a sterile multi dose vial ans transer the 0.25mg in there to avoid wasting it, over time you could fill a fill 10ml vial and put it towards a future cycle.
Not sure if its worrh the hassle though, its not as though prop is expensive
Hopefuly a trt specialist can help you out on that one.
But id definatley stop the cycle and go back on your TRT dose

4 week off are enough for the same dose to be effective again?

No, you have ran a ran a 17 week cycle, take 17 weeks off to allow your receptors to normalise.
Rememeber with the correct time off you will gain better when on, a 4 week break will do nothing, if you start cycling again in 4 weeks you wont see any gains and will just experience the plateau you are experiencing now.

Stop eating carbs and sugar. You are obviously not working our hard enough to burn up your carbs. Go protein only, with minimal carbs for the remainder of your cycle.

Is optimal to stay at 350mg week to cut fat ... wait 2months and go 1 gram?

Diet and cardio cut the fat , not the test doseage.
17 weeks = 4 months
If i were you i would take 4 months off.
How many cycles have you done and what doseages? A gram of test per week is quite a lot, usualy more advanced users use this amount, so if your a beginner i would think twice about that amount

Growth happens in bursts. Depending on genetics and a ton of other variables theres only so much growth on a given period, then you need to rest, heal, and try to maintain the gains.
If just because of being on cycle one would grow, everybody could be mr. Olympia size.
Final note. How you measuring bodyfat? If not by dexa scan its all guestimate...

i measure bodyfat with plico.. but i also take measure if my waist grow i know i am gain fat pretty simple.
i don't think that test cut fat but test help you retain muscle that otherwise without will be lost.

in the past only cycle i have done is 2 week 20mg dbol 2 week at 30 and 1 week at 10.

No idea what plico is, doesnt matter it is a guess.
Your waist will grow if your glutes and abs get bigger.

Test is not the answer.
You did not burn all the the carbohydrates that you put into your mouth.
They have now converted into fat.
Cut out your carbs.
And stop facing up to the fact that fat people are fat because they have a shit diet.
Its Not because they don't take enough testosterone or for long enough.
