Is selfbleeding/donating good for bad lipids?
So, 2 weeks left and cant give in now. Been on since 1. september, but a lot of sarms and just 500 test a week so it isnt that bad. A little prohormones though and i started superdrol now to really nail my goal. Beeing as big and bad for Christmas as possible. Parties, new years ev, meeting family etc.
So, problem is cholestrol i guess. Real low HDL. It was bad. I wondered, could selfbleeding do some nice things for your blood. If its ****ed up, you then get rid of a couple of deciliters and the body will make new fresh noncholestrolic blood?
I know donation is good for high hct but is it also good for ****ed up cholestrol and triglycerides?

It will lower everything in your blood, HDL included.
