ItSBC'ing - and he trained hardcore HIT even during prep(hence his bicep/tricep injuries) so over stressing the body using progressive overload... & when everyone was taking off from the O... He used his depleted glycogen stores(low BF is a by product of this and carb cycling) as his growth window was huge - he used high doses for short periods and would reprime his body after each run opening up that growth window.... What better time after prep right(as he knew how his body would react! Edit** and around the clock eating - as your muscles/body are ready for all those nutrients and they'll flush into the muscles better - high doses of GH/slin/and food... Coupled with the most intense training you'll see! Just my .02
I'm sure their are things I don't know but if you look at Levrone he did the same afterwards.... As did/do the pros now! If I'm missing anything I'm sure Marcus will surely jump in
