    strange elbow injury

Few months back, i thought i had tendonitis in the elbow, to this day i have some discomfort, i remember i was not training heavy at the time of injury, just shoulder shrugs with dumbells and wrist straps, and preacher bar curls. Woke up next day with pain,etc..etc.. months later, im in the gym rubbing the spot in between lifts and notice i have a bone out of place 1" from my elbow. Just a lump , not too big, but only on thst side. Will thst shit ever heal to take whstever weight i was doing before? Cant use neither preacher bar or dumbells for shrugs. Did i pull the bone out on shrugs?is that normal for ppl to do

Uhhh...what? Which bone are you talking about? Use pictures, drawings, anatomy charts or anything else you need to better explain this.

Looking at some diagrams, its going to be a ligament possible tear around the anterior band, ulnar collateral ligament area. On hammer curls and shoulder shrugs with with wrist straps. And now i cant do any of those two without discomfort.

No it seems to be a tendon, im assuming, it was just hammercurls i believe. If i bring my arms in and extend my elbows,u can see a small lump thats only on thst one. I honestly think i tore sore type of tendon or somethin. I can do push down delt exercises, just not pulls. Im dreading that xray bill.lol

Lump in elbow? Can only think of olecranon bursitis.

A lot of bodybuilders suffer from this, including Ronnie Coleman.

Urgent care clinics will do X-rays for $50-100, without insurance.

Probably an ER X-ray. All emergency department scans/procedures are way more expensive.
