Cycle advice
Looking for advice for this cycle and critiques, tried putting together a cycle from research I don't quite understand the hcg
Looking for cycle advice
Week 1-10 test cyp 500mg/wk
Week 1-4 anavar 50mg ED
Week 2-10 hcg 500iu/wk
Week12-16 clomid 100/50/50/50
Week 12-16 nolva 40/40/20/20
Week 12-16 hcg 1500iu/week

Can you please provide some info about yourself? Age, height, weight and body fat percentage would be a good start. This will help members answer with advice tailored to you, not just generic.

Are you trying to gain weight?
9 to 11% BF is a massive range, you should really find out what it really is.
12 weeks is more common for Test.
hCG from day one, and ends when test ends. 250iu twice weekly is plenty. Please BE SURE to read the thread I posted.
Never use hCG while attempting to recover. SERMS only.
I would drop anavar and honestly, I would gain a few lbs naturally before I run this cycle.

I know my body pretty well and I'm going into a men's physique show so the goal is a cut and muscle building even if it's a few lbs, I would say I'm 9% electro pulse machine says 8 so I'm rounding up , I want kickstart with the anavar

Agree with everything Austin says. If it's your first cycle test only. Anavar is a poor kick start and needs to be run for plenty more than 4 weeks for best result anyway.
Can you post a pic? Measuring bodyfat by electro means is usually way off.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Dieting isn't the issue I've gotten down to singles pinch test , I know a solid 15 weeks is what I would need, this cycle wouldn't be until April

I'm not saying you can't do it I'm saying you aren't as lean as you think you are.
When is your comp and what stats would you like to have on stage? Have you thought about a slow cut now and then actually using your cycle to be growing into your show rather than dieting down to it?NO SOURCES GIVEN

Either June 18th or 26th and that's Wat I just started doing, dropping calories slowly from now and will continue and I wanted to cycle to make gains during the cut into the show, exactly as you stated

Based of your pics you look more like 12_13%bf bro single digits you wouldn't have a pouch at the bottom of your stomach. Although your back deos look physice ready you need to work on diet as stated before because if you walk in with bf over 6% your gonna be disappointed. Also if your only running a short 8-10 week cycle I'd use prop otherwise your only getting gains the last few weeks.Last edited by fxrjuiceman; 02-27-2016 at 12:30 PM.
