First cycle & Protein
Hey, guys, I am newbie and what brought me into the forum was a discussion that I had with a friend.
I got friend who has done several cycles, and I just started my first one (I will talk about it in a second), so he is basically my trainer.
I usually buy whey protein as one of my supplement, but when he told me to buy a mass gainer I got confused, because it is better for someone who is doing a cycle made up of anavar and clenbuterol (cuttings), the mass gainer has about 1000 calories per serving and whey protein less than 200, so my question basically is what is the correct one to use? and what supplements would you recommend for better results?

Anavar daily dosage:60m; 20 mg morning, 20mg afternoon, 20mg night. Dosages will increase eventually.
Clenbuterol dosage cycle
Day 1: 20mcg
Day 2: 40mcg
Day 3: 60mcg
Day 4: 80mcg
Day 5:100mcg
Day 6: 120mcg
Day 7: 120mcg
Day 8: 120mcg
Day 9: 100mcg
Day 10: 80mcg
Day 11: 60mcg
Day 12: 40mcg

If your trying to cut down do not use a weight gainer use isolate. If your trying to gain weight then do not use anything other than gainer.

An anavar and glen cycle? No test? Is this a cycle your trainer has badly recommended?

Age
Height
Weight
Bodyfat %
Training history
Gainers or whey isolate or whatever are irrelevant as its really your full diet that you need to take into account. Having said that I wouldn't tough a gainer with a barge pole with all their cheap fillers.NO SOURCES GIVEN

He recommended you to use a weight gainer which will be full of fat and carbs to aid you in fat loss? Well thats something new, it should be a diet whey your using if anything.
Your friend is giving you the wrong advice im afraid, like BIB said its your full diet that needs to be in tune, not just your protein supplement.
And do not run an oral only cycle, you need testosterone as the base of any cycle, and if its your first cycle it should be 1 compound only, and that would be testosterone.

dont take anymore of his advice.

It wouldnt surprise me if our "trainer friend" was trying to prevent your goals so he looks better.
Not saying he is, but ive seen it happen

I don't think he would do such thing, he cares about being big mostly, I care about getting ripped.
Is testosterone required to do a cycle like this?

You are too young to be using steroids .
At 20% bodyfat, all you need to do to get that down is get your diet sorted out, and cardio.
Post your diet in the DIET & NUTRITION section and ask for help, plenty of willing guys there will help you.

Food.
Click into teh Diet & Nutrition forum and post a days worth of eating plotted in a breakdown of meals (along with protein, carb, and fat counts).
Var and Clen are used by a few people, after they have cut using diet and cardio. It isn't for inexperienced lifters or dieters.
Get serious about the lifestyle and perfect a diet and workout routine.
Brutally honest: if you do this, you will look better than your friend by the end of this year-bank on it-e will be asking you for advice.

Stop your cycle before you cause yourself permanent damage.
Ditch your idiot trainer too.
Get in our diet section as recommended above and have your diet critiqued. And start doing some cardio.NO SOURCES GIVEN
