Next cycle
Finished up my 2nd cycle about a month ago. Test only. Same with the first one. No issues really.....I seem to respond to and recover from test quite well. Currently 40yrs old and 15% BF, maybe lower but maybe increasing too.....
Looking at the next one starting in May, but I'm not sure what I'm going to try. I have access to pretty much anything
- I'm not doing orals
- Not doing any kind of bulking
- looking for strength gains
- want to make sure my cardio doesn't suffer
I don't really record my stats either. I don't weigh myself, so I have no idea what was lost or gained last cycle. I do know my clothes fit differently and my strength (which I do record) went up. Recovery was awesome.
I'm being a lazy bastard right now, and not really eating all that great (for me). Usually strict through the day but I'm snacking on junk at night. I think I have seen the gym 3 times the last month as well......need to fix all that first. My month off ends this week.
Looking at:
pharma HGH 2iu ED
Test E 500mg/wk
All standard AI and PCT protocols, etc
Was looking at maybe Tren , but I don't know if I'm ready for that.
Looking to get the lean, muscular look. Nothing huge, just tight.
Any opinions? Any compounds I might want to have a look at?

Tighten up that diet if your wanting the lean look, id avoid tren for 3rd cycle.
Maybe try test and nandrolne and get your diet fixed up

Yeah, the diet needs to get sorted. Bloody hell, it's tough after running so tight for so long......I have a weakness for ripple chips and onion dip. So bad.
Does nandro hinder cardio? I do a lot of HIIT on things like assault bikes or sprints. Don't want to take a step back in that area.

Im not the biggest fan of cardio but i believe it should be fine. Aslong as your diet is good water intake, Ai etc is all good you will be fine
Tren is supposed to be pretty tough for cardio lovers though

OK, been giving this some thought. Gonna stay with just test as a main base I think. What are the opinions on this:
Week 1 until I run out of money HGH 2iu ED
Week 1-12 Test E 500mg/wk
Week 1-2 front load with leftover Anavar (will run it with NAC, test my liver values after 2 weeks). Also need to watch my BP on this stuff, it spiked last time so I have cialis to bring it in line if need be.
Week 2-3 50mg prop ED (I have a 10ml bottle with about 8ml left in it from my last cycle)
Here's the reasoning. I can run the var for a few weeks to kick start. I can run the prop in week 2 to get my levels up a week quicker than just waiting for E to kick in. Run the Test E for the remainder.
Standard protocols for ai and PCT as well as HCG . I have it all on hand.
Thoughts?

I wouldnt bother doing the var for 2 weeks just to use it up, just save it for a future cycle, your kind of just wasting it running it for 2 weeks
And why the prop for 1 week?
If i were you id just stick to the test e only, maybe go 600mg a week instead of 500mg just for a bit of an extra boost

Couple of things I'll throw at you to consider. At 40, make sure you give yourself time to recover from the last cycle (give the body adequate time to recover and check with labs). Second, tighten up the diet and when you get those late night cravings, go for natural peanut Butter, flavored whey, coconut milk or plain Greek yogurt with blueberries. Especially since you're wanting to maintain the leanness...it gets tougher at our age. Lastly, I would just run test at 500 mgs (sounds like you responded really well last two times) and alter diet accordingly. No need to add another substance imo. IF however you can't stay away from tren ...know that it will alter your cardio negatively. I'm 40 and running my first tren e experiment and oh brother, the cardio is laughable. HIT especially. I can mange under 120 BPM anything over that, forget about it. I'd also ditch the HGH idea and opt for some Hcg and preserve your boys and future levels (unless you're tapping and going TRT route....but that's another conversation). It will help with recovery and maintains gains. Keep it simple man. At your age you should know your body and remember that true results are made in the kitchen. Good luck
Oh ya...lastly, Id ditch the var and prop too and just front load your test E (500 per injection for the 1st week giving you a gram total and then taper back to your normal 500). Oh for sure, the diet gets cleaned right up on cycle, no worries there. I'm a peanut butter FIEND as well.....I eat a natural jar every week when I'm watching my diet. It's my treat.
Only reason I was thinking prop and var was to get rid of it. It's leftovers. No big deal, I can pull those out.
I'm also not looking at doing anything here until May at the earliest. Will have full bloodwork done up prior.
Thanks fellas. Will stick to Test E, HCG , ai and my std PCT.
I'm going to run the HGH though, it's pharma and I'm fighting some knee/shoulder issues at the moment. Hoping with physio I can get that sorted and REALLY hit it when I cycle.

Can't argue you with that brother. Keep us posted on the HGH for rehab be interested in your results. The var and prop will stay active long past expiration so future self can use it too. Or just send it to me for safe keeping
