Next Cycle Ideas and Info
I'm looking for some new recommendations for my next cycle. A little info on my self im 30yrs old 6'2 215lbs around 15-20% body fat. I have done 2 cycles in the past 5 yrs last being 2.5yrs ago. With both cycles I've used the test blend Sustanon 250 at 500mg every wk for 12wks taking wks 12-14 nothing then starting my PCT of clomid and nolva wks 14-17. My workouts mainly incorporate Y3T style training with 3 different workouts for each muscle group 3-4 sets, wks 3 and 6 dropsets
Day 1 Shoulders
Day 2 Arms
Day 3 Rest
Day 4 Legs
Day 5 Back
Day 6 Chest
Day 7 Rest
Im looking to put on 10-15 lbs during my next cycle while cutting body fat to 10-12%. Still trying to maintain an all around athletic build but add muscle.
1. For my next cycle what would everyone recommend? Should I stay with sustanon 250 and stack with something else or just up dose?
2. During the cycle what should I increase my sets per workouts of each muscle group to or any other adjustment to take advantage?

Well, first I'd say you should cut your bodyfat to sub 15% before you cycle. Your goals of losing up to 20lbs of fat and gaining up to 15lbs of LBM are contradictory in terms of what you can achieve. Cut or bulk, it's almost impossible to do both at the same time with any level of success.
If it's 2.5 years since your last cycle I'd suggest test only with AI, HCG and proper pct. oh, and a great diet.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Cutting down 10% bodyfat and gaining 10-15lbs in one cycle will be incredibly difficult if not impossible
your best getting the bodyfat down, then cycle to achieve the weight gain

You got some good sound advice so all I can say is really diet should be your main focus.Take 1 step at a time and you will get where you want to go.

Personally I wouldn't use a blend so enanthate or cypionate for pinning X 2 per week or prop for pinning EOD.

Going off some numbers for my diet planning, i estimated my body fat saying %20
TDEE 2,580 calories
LBM 172
caloric cut 2080 calories
258g protein daily/1032 49%
58.2g fat daily /524 25%
131g carbs daily /524 25%
49/25/25 (p/c/f)
1/4 cup Oats+1 scoop Protien shake
(3g/13.5g/1.25g) + (22g/8g/15g)
1tbsp Natural Peanut butter+ 1 scoop Protien shake
(3.5g+4g+9g) + (22g/8g/15g)
2 Slice wheat bread+2 turkey burger
(6g+24g+2g) + (44g+2g+33g)
1tbsp Natural Peanut butter+ 1 scoop Protien shake
(3.5g+4g+9g) + (22g/8g/15g)
2 slice wheat bread+2 turkey burger

This is my current diet on most days when doing good. My protein and carb intake are to low but fat intake is too high. Need to cut the fat to get to the 2,080 cal daily intake to lean up.Last edited by W15eguy; 03-11-2016 at 06:39 PM.

Any ideas on how to cut my fat intake by 100g's per day while still increasing my protein and carb intake? I don't know what foods to replace that could help?

Your protein is fine and your fats really don't need cutting in half if at all. Drop one of your PB servings and add a few carbs in place. In fact, I would start your cut maybe at 2300 cals and see where you go from there, add some post lifting cardio.
