looking for 1st cycle advice
Hi all,
Been lurking these pages for a while now but not really found the answers I'm looking for. Never used anything before.
Currently I work out 4/5 times a week, 2 of which are with a PT who keeps things fresh. I have been doing this for about 4 months, before that I was doing it alone. I am using creatine pre workout and protein post workout, my diet is quite good, based on slimming world though. So it's high protein low fats controlled at various times of the day. Basically fibre of a morning, carbs for lunch and low fat proteins in the evening. Snacking on fruits and Greek yoghurt in between. Basically progressing well, slow and steady though. Bench is up to 60-70kg (8reps) or 80 for 4. My PT makes sure all muscle groups are covered during our sessions and has set routines for when I'm alone.
I am 6ft 5,
288lbs,
chest - 50"
Arms - 16.2" (not toned)
Legs - 27.5"
Waist 46"
I have recently tried clenbuterol as a boost as my aim is to lose as much fat as possible around my stomach and chest while building toned muscle around my arms and shoulders. So I have turned to steroids . I have roughly 10 weeks till I go on holiday and want to look good healthy and preferably not wobbly. I'm not really a fan of injections. However I am aware of everyone's hatred of orals. Currently I have ordered more clen and T3 and plan on taking together one week on one off on the clen and T3 straight through, I have also ordered anavar , to help make my arms/ shoulders etc look decent (as these aren't very fatty areas) but I am aware it won't do much for my chest and stomach. I would like some suggestions of what I can take with it to help cut fat and build lean muscle to help avoid muscle loss from the T3. I also have milk thistle and liv.52 to help support my liver and nova/ clomid for pct. I am open to potentially inject something to help support my goals, but wouldn't have a clue how to do it, and wouldn't like the idea of doing it all the time.
Any advice would be great.
Goal- lose fat and gain muscle quickly (11 weeks). Want to try keep my gains after I come off, and not really interested in the apparent bloaty round look from dbol .
Help!

You're asking questions that get posted on here every day. Stick around, read the stickies, read them again, and then read all the threads that get posted.
I'm going to save some of the vets a little grief here.
How old are you?
BF%?
From what I can gather by reading your post, you're probably overweight. You're cleaning up your lifestyle (good thing) but you want to do it faster (bad thing). Realize this is a long term commitment, not a quick fix. I've known lots of fells that yo yo'd on gear, and since stopping they're fat messes. Learn more about side effects of cycling at high body fat levels. Get into the diet section and dial everything in first there THEN consider a cycle.
T3 will help you lose weight. However once you stop, if your diet and training isn't dialled in expect to gain back (and more) everything you lost. Not a good idea.
Anavar only is not a recommended first cycle. Test only. Again, read the stickies to learn why. Get over the fear of needles, it's painfully easy to self inject and not a big deal.
Take your time man. It's not a rush. Do it right. I was impatient as well my first time, and with the help of the vets here I did it (mostly) right, made mistakes that were corrected and learned a lot on the way.
Good luck!

A very clean diet, high water intake, weight lifting and cardio my friend.
The drugs your mentioning wont do anything for over weight people, they arent magic pills, the stuff you memtioned is for people with really low body fat to help shift those last couple of pounds
In 10 weeks you wont be to build muscle fast and lose fat, you have to do one of the other and fix your diet accordingly.

Sorry, I'm 29, and body fat is 24% (I think) bmi is 35.
My PT has said the same thing about weight or muscle at this point, and he decided it's best to build muscle up top to hopefully pull the skin tighter to stop the wobbling. 10 weeks is not a long time, and this workout has been ongoing for a year. Previous my weight was 346lb. So I look a lot better than I did, I'm just getting a little impatient and want to look the best I can for a "lads holiday" at the end of may. All my mates have 6 packs, so I'm going to look bigger than I am next to them as it is. The lads 2/3 months I seem to of settled on a plateaux.

You've lost 60lbs so far, that's a hell of an accomplishment. Keep doing what you're doing, there's small tweaks here and there that will shed more fat and build muscle. Get into the diet and nutrition forum and read the stickies as well as watch the videos on weight loss, the info is some of the best you will get anywhere.
At 6'5" you can be a monster if you do it slow and do it right.

I am really trying. I have quite a big frame too, large rib cage and hips etc, so I know if I went all out on steroids I really would be huge, that's not really the direction I want to go though. I'm not greedy, I just want to be healthy, fitter, and more aesthetically pleasing to the eye haha

Steroids arent the answer giving your current condition.
You guess 24% bodyfat, could you post a pic and we will give you some bodyfat estimates? Ive guessed my own bodyfat and been way out at times.
I appreciate the weight you have lost and your starting to get impatient, but if you cycle now your running a lot of health risks, it would be better to just keep tweaking your diet and so intense cardio work, focus on next years holiday as your ultimate goal, you could look amazing in a year if the effort is there

I know, I really don't know anything about the compounds, I am relying on people who do to give as much info as possible. Or copy someone elses experience who has been in the same situation. I work in a place where a lot of people are doing it and I'm getting conflicting advice off them all. So I'm not going to do or start anything without being confident that what I am doing is right.

The tough thing is some people will be fine with something and some wont.
Example, 2 men 30% bodyfat, one could get gyno, terrible blood pressure etc, one could be just fine
The worst thing you could do is think hmmm well that guy was ok, im going to do it.
