Sustanon Pinning Frequency

Im planning my 3rd cycle with 500 sust+ 600 primo. I will go 250x2/week sustanon . But some people says sustanon needs to be EOD, others says 2 times/week its ok. Im confused

Monday: 250mg Sustanon +300mg primo (mix in same syringe) (Left Butt)
Tuesday: 250iu HCG (subq)
Wednesday: off
Thursday: off
Friday: 250mg Sustanon+300mg primo (mix in same syringe) (Right Butt)
Saturday: 250iu HCG (subq)
Sunday: off

OR

Monday: 250mg Sustanon+200mg primo (mix in same syringe) (Left Butt)
Tuesday: 250iu HCG (subq)
Wednesday: 200mg primo (Delt)
Thursday: off
Friday: 250mg Sustanon+200mg primo (mix in same syringe) (Right Butt)
Saturday: 250iu HCG (subq)
Sunday: off

which one is more suitable for a self injection beginner like me ?????

I would load them in to the same pin and do them together Monday morning and Thursday night

Sus hurts like a mule kick and the amount of short esters in sus is not enough IMO to pin EOD. Just mix with primo and shoot it twice a week.

Any reason not to shoot it EOD? I'm going to be running it with Tren A and have to shoot that EOD anyways. I was just going to mix my sus in same syringe with the Tren and pin EOD. Sorry to hijack your thread here.

You can make it work just fine 2 x per week. My early cycles were SUST only 1 x every 5-7 days and I made outstanding gains.
