    Beginner Here. ordered my cycle. just had a few more questions

    I will be doing my first cycle shortly. 250ml test cyp a week for 10 weeks. Weeks 1-4 I'll run 20 mg dbol daily ( 10mg twice a day ) my buddy recommended femara but I read do not take it unless I get sides. And for the post I got clomid. No nolvadex . Which is where I'm lost. The most important part is where I'm confused. The pct. Please help.

    A little about me. 25 years old. 6'3 270lbs. Bf% unknown and really don't care at this point. Any and all help before I embark on the dark side is much appreciated.

    Going 250mg a week, might as well go 500mg a week of test. 250mg twice a week. Also might as well go 12 weeks.

    I would recommend that you lower your bodyfat before cycling. I can foresee problems with blood pressure and cholesteral. I know that you do not know your bodyfat but i do not recommend cycling above 15% bf. I may be wrong, but i am picturing body fat in the 20's.

    Have ran a super dmz cycle 1 time. Blood pressure went up around 180s/100s. Also Dr said my cholesterol was high. I'm going to probably hold off when I receive my gear. I for 1 need more knowledge ( thought I had enough but I was wrong ) 2. I'd like to get a body fat measurement and some blood work to see where my natty levels of test are as 250 may be to little. Also I'm still clueless to the clomid vs nolvadex pct. Thank you guys again for the support

    Go ahead and get nolvadex and clomid. There's plenty of guys here that can tell you exactly how to run that, and it's important.

    I'm going to be ordering some nolvadex and another vial of cyp, I'm going to run 500 ml a week instead of only 250. I'm going to stack clomid and nolva together. Only using the clomid for a week. Correct? Then nolva for 4 weeks. Also I bought letrozol just in case of sides. I was told to take 1/4 pill once per injection, but I read along forums that that shit will completely stop estrogen if using to much. So I'm iffy on even using it unless I see bloat or gyne effects. Anybody have anything to add?

    No run the clomid longer than that. Excerpt from the article you were linked to by Bio.


    Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20
    Each number above is representative of the daily dose for that week; for a 4 week total PCT run. So clomid would be taken at 75 mg daily for 1 week, then 3 weeks at 50mg daily. And Nolvadex would be 40 mg daily for 1 week, then 20 mg daily for the last 3 weeks.




    I would opt for Aromasin or Arimidex instead of the letrozole (Femara). The times I used letro, my lipids were really wonky for a while. Also, I wouldn't wait for estrogen related sides to occur before I started trying to manage it. Much better and potentially safer to keep it in check from the beginning.

    Post. A pic of yourself we can give you a much better idea of your bodyfat than almost any measurement device.

    Just used a math chart to figure in body fat, also used the calculator...which I know isn't 100% accurate but I got a 22.92% both times. Under waist measurement. I went around my stomach from center of belly button.
    Don't mind my son's mop in the picture lol he likes to help "clean"

    Kudos for posting a pic but Do yourself a favour and drop at least 40lbs before you consider a cycle, the increased health risks of cycling at your bodyfat aren't worth it.

    That would only be true if you're assuming you'd lose 40 pounds of muscle. The suggestion is to lose 40 pounds of fat, while maintaining your LBM (obviously you may lose a bit of muscle, but it shouldn't be much if you're dieting correctly). With the numbers you've given (I believe you're higher than 23%bf to be honest), you have about 62 pounds of fat on your frame. Assuming you would lose about 40 pounds of fat only, you would be about 232 pounds @ 12% body fat. Your LBM is all that matters when it comes to not being 'scrawny'. I am currently 225 lbs at around 15% body fat. When I see a guy who is 270 lbs at 30%+ body fat, in my mind, I'm bigger than them since I have more muscle tissue on my frame.

    musclestack is 100% correct! I bulked up to 256 lbs and spent the last few months leaning down I'm down to 218 at about 11-13% bf. I have kept all of my strength and at least 2 times a week I have people ask what I am doing different because I look a lot bigger.
    You will look bigger the leaner you get just learn to ignore the scale and don't let the numbers mess with your mind.

    Copy that fellas. I've been doing bits and piece of cardio daily. Shit sucks. Period. Lol especially after a hard heavy squat day. Hard to get motivated but you guys are helping with that part.

    Honestly from what I've seen with high body fat guys taking cycles is they loose weight then gain it right back after cycle, plus you'll still look average after a cycle ....... instead learn to diet and exercise and before you no it you'll be sub15%bf and then hit the juice and you'll really see the benefits!!!

    So I'm pretty set on cutting aome weight before doing the cycle....but my question is will the test actuall help with weight cut in the process since my metabolism will be skyrocketed. Should I just run some yest and cut way down with its help and then run another cycle with the dbol ? 6 or so months later?

    You should cut natty. you're really wasting the cycle to use it and cut, especially since this is your first cycle. You'll never get your first one back and it can be amazing. I'm 6'6" 245 lbs and I'm just under 15%, so you won't be a scrawny stick I promise.

    Running gear while cutting is pretty much a waste unless your closer to 10% or below, the sole purpose being contest prep or preserving muscle mass while in a caloric deficit, which isn't really a concern of your's at this point. Cut the BF and then use you're first cycle to slap on some mass.

    No. They answered that already. Get down to 15 % bf. That way side of aas won't be as bad.

    Ok yall, so I am not the person to diet! I absolutely cannot say no to candy and junk foods, and I cannot fking cook! I can I just don't have patience to....so I've been thinking....do one of them ship and deliver diet plans like nutrisystem or some shit? Any thoughts on that lol

    Sure, why not. You can obviously hit your macros exactly very easily and makes cooking/eating a hell of a lot less of a struggle. I think it would work perfect for someone who has trouble dieting. Do your research and find the one that has the best reviews on taste though! lol
