It looks like your muscles are undergoing catabolism... any heavy workout prior (<48h) to blood draw?

Perhaps if you can lay down what your cycle and PCT was it would be of help, I'm no expert but vets will eventually chime in.

    No hormone panel?

2 orals at same time is really bad for your liver, there are no side effects for this liver disease, jaundice will only appear when onset cyrrosis is prolongued.

Hopefully you have learned something with this... and maybe other members too.

Repeat liver tests in 2-3 weeks.

The problem is bloodwork is rather uncomplete. ALT, but no AST? Seriously?

ALT can be muscle-derived (just like CK), it is impossible to discern a liver issue without AST enzyme levels.

To me looks like ongoing muscle breakdown, liver is probably fine.

Agreed that AST should have been there, still theres nothing normal with 298. And im sure if he stops the values will go down pretty quickly, liver has very good self regeneration capacity.

I'd still probably add in some UDCA or TUDCA to be safe:

Muscular exercise can cause highly pathological liver function tests in healthy men

Those CK levels are pretty high. I had Rhabdo once and they were in that range IIRC.

Curious if AAS increase the levels like that? I'm no doctor but if it were me I would be drinking A LOT of water to flush out the kidneys and bring those levels down. I was drinking 2 litres an hour and cut my levels in half every 24 hours. Would probably help with the liver as well.

You're fine. There's nothing abnormal about your blood work considering you just did show prep, which is an enormous amount of stress and considering the orals you just took. Assuming you're generally healthy and nothing was wrong prior, your numbers will return back to normal in a few months.

    This is pretty irresponsible advice.

Yes, most likely he is and will be fine, but dont you think he should make sure by retesting at appropriate timing?
Or are you some kind of god that knows exactly whats happening in his body. Are you willing to bet his life on it?

Also, dont drink 2 liters of water every two hours, water intoxication is also dangerous, do keep yourself hydrated.

Some type of god, no. But if you've gone through show prep, doesn't really matter who you are, your numbers are going to be a mess. And if you add in orals you're going to have higher numbers, more stress, etc. More than anything it's just basic common sense.

Common sense: take orals, and liver values go up. Take two orals and liver values go up more.
Common sense: increased values do not equate to damage, they equate to stress - there's a difference in stress and damage.
Common sense: remove the stressing factor and a healthy liver will experience no damage and numbers will return to normal in a few months.
Common sense: If damage was done, numbers won't return to normal and symptoms of damage will show.

Did he do damage? I'd be shocked.

So, just to be clear, your advice is forget about it and only act on symptoms, right?

Do you know the symptoms of cyrrosis?

The guy just did a show, no ones blood work is going to be normal or optimal or whatever we'd like to call it right after a show.

If you use C17-aa steroids , you know right off the bat your liver values are going to increase dramatically. Even if you take some things to help reduce stress it's still going to happen.

My point, when you do something that creates the expected results, there's no reason to freakout when those results are what's expected. You cannot use the amount of C17-aa steroids he used and avoid liver stress, but again, stress and damage are not the same thing.

Personally, I wouldn't mess with blood work right after a show, even if natural I wouldn't because the stress of prep is going to produce weird results that won't be true to your day-to-day life.
