concentration in mg per ml (cc) is the ratio you are looking for here.

that first one means winstrol at 50mg/ED, which could translate to 1cc or .5cc depending on whether the concentration is 50mg/ml or 100mg/ml.

same thing for the deca ...the concentration of the gear most likely in this case is 200mg/ml...so that means 2cc's per week to get the target dosage of 400.


btw, that deca dosing schedule is way too much...just had to mention it.

The deca , IMO run it at 300mg a week (1cc/ml) and the winny, run it every other day. But remember, because it's 20cc's doesn't mean it'll last 40 days at every other day. You gotta take into consideration if it's under or over filled and that when you fill the syringe up with 1cc of anything, there's still a good amounti in the pin. Over your injects, you'll notice that you've injected more than a CC/ML of it in your body, making your bottle vanish a little quicker. You nah I mean?

The deca is a very long lasting ester, you only need to inject it once a week bro. One time for the deca.

the winny can be spot injected anywhere. be mindful of the pain that can linger around...i would read pumpseeker's thread here for more good info.

You don't need the nolva with a Winny/Deca cycle. It's kinda pointless since Winny doesn't convert into Estrogen and the deca induced gyno is progesterone related. If anything, you'll need something called BROMO. But with anything under 600mg of Deca a week, you don't need it IMO.

Just run it like this man.

Weeks 1-8 Deca @ 300mg (1cc) a week
Weeks 3-8 Winny @ 50mg (1cc) every other day

Why do I say run the winny starting from week three? It gives the Deca a bit of a headstart to saturate the blood and even out with the Winny in terms of 'kick in' time.

One more thing. Do not mix the Deca and Winstrol in the same syringe bro. One is water based and the other is oil, that's just asking for trouble.

In terms of injecting, go with the glutes. One inject go right glute and the next go left. It'll make things easier for you and gives each ass-cheek about a 4 day rest time in between getting shot up.
