Creatine kinase.

Caused by muscle break down.

For someone who workouts, lifts vigorous, or exercises will have a raised ck level.

Your levels are "normal" for life style I would say.

Mine has been as high as 800.

Drink plenty of water, and less (if any caffiene).

I know you r on cycle, so maybe next time when off cycle, take a week off lifting, then test also
