PCT or TRT
I've done a few cycles in the past which I believe have now led me to have low testosterone levels . I'm 32 years old and I've had my testosterone levels checked a few times, once about a year and a half ago and again just a few months ago and both times my test levels were around 320. It's been a little over 2 years since Ive done a cycle and doesnt seem like my levels are getting any better. I was a little immature and stupid back then, and was also dealing with addiction problems, but am now kicking myself in the butt over it. Last cycle I did was test and EQ and I ran it for 15 weeks, and long story short I never did a PCT after this last one. All other cycles Ive done Ive always included PCT but with all the problems I was dealing with I just didn't do it this last round. Pretty stupid and now I feel like I'm paying the price for it.
My question is, is it too late to start a PCT and try and jump start my levels again? From what I've researched test levels would eventually start back up but would take a lot longer than not taking any kind of PCT. So I wanted to try and get some opinions and see if there was anything I could do to try and bring them up to a bit of a higher level. My last doctor said my levels were still in "normal" range, just on the low end. But I'm not happy at those levels as my strength and energy has been way down accompanied by some weight gain.
I've been considering getting on TRT but only as a last option sort of thing. I've read a lot of mixed reviews on it, most concerning is high risk of heart attack, and not sure if Im ready to make that jump yet.

I'd say the ship has probably sailed for PCT but you could always give it a shot. You're more than likely looking at a future of TRT, though you might find it difficult to obtain a prescription at this time as your levels are technically in range (even though they are on the low side). Best of luck to you

you can always do a PCT, it augments your natural production back to normal ( not above)
if i were you i would hop on some nolva and clomid (nolva 40/40/20/20/20/20 clomid 100/100/50/50) and try to restart whatever you have left in the tank.
THe main issue with getting TRT is you have normal test levels, although they are low normal but still normal. What is key to gettin on TRT is the symptoms you are having because of the low test levels. if you are just not feeling as good as u do on cycle well thats normal, but if you have erection issues, libido issues, low energy, etc. emphasize those to your doctor, not just the number on the paper. that will get you farther than just 'its low on paper, i need it'.

I do not recommend you TRT, because it means keeping suppressed your HPTA , and you have to try to do the opposite , that is, restart your natural testosterone production.
For this purpose you have to start a PCT ( it's never too late to do this) based on clomid and nolvadex as Lemonada8 said, and togheter a good quantity of supplement (vitamin especially D and C, minerals especially Zinc ecc.)
a good lifestyle and constant training
in few weeks you can chek your natural test and probably it will be raise...

No issues in bed, however I rarely crave it anymore. But energy and motivation are the main things that lack. Usually towards the end of work I get extremely tired and by the time I get home trying to get up to do house chores is a task, let alone get to the gym. Even if I was looking forward to it in the morning. Plus all the weight Ive put on probably didnt help either, probably 25 pounds of fat in just the 2 and a half years.

Also the one thing in PCT Ive never tried or messed with is hcg , but I hear a lot now how its in a lot of peoples PCTs. Is that something worth adding to it as well or is the clomid/nolva still enough these days?

If I can find it I'll post it up, may take a day though. I just bought/moved into a house so everything is packed up still. What are some things that could suppress the test levels?
If I were to do TRT it would basically be a life long thing, but I honestly dont want to go that route.
