Blood work - minimum requirements

In the thread by austinite, My First Cycle: Planning and Executing a Successful First Cycle he specifies some minimum blood work we should always have done.

1. Testosterone , Total
2. Testosterone, Free
3. Sensitive E2 Assay (Not basic estradiol, that's for women)
4. CBC (Compete blood count)
5. CMP (Comprehensive metabolic panel)
6. Lipid Profile (post cycle is fine)
7. LH and FSH (pre-cycle and post PCT)

Are there more things that we should ask for or do everyone thinks this is enough and if something sticks out in the above list we dig deeper? Looking for some input as I am starting to run tests every month as the cost is very less here to do so.

It depends on what ur running. For a test only run, austs list is ok if u add inn BP and heart beat.

Adding 19nors and u wanna keep an eye on prolactin.

And orals and tren u want to keep an eye on liver/kidneys. Like Urea BUN creatinin alat asat and one more livervalue i dont remember.

But if you are ok the only thing i would consider is total test before cycle. If test was the only drug.
If u live healthy and dont do anything stupid u will be fine. Just follow the online AI dose suggestions.

- PSA - prostate specific antogen
- Thyroid but also FreeT3 and FreeT4 more sensitive
If running GH IGF-1 & GH Test but timing is everything I believe(1hr after pinning it - I could be wrong &nif so someone please chime in) thx

Like Sil said depends on what you want to look at and what drugs/steroids you are running.

Does in your place the labs have this panels like in the US? I ask because its not normal in europe, here we have to name every test, there is no group of tests called panels.

What drugs are you on and are you on TRT?

Why PSA. For sure it will grow nomatter what and it will shrink when u stop.
For men over 40 psa should be watched independed of drugs.

We can ask for specific test like back home (USA) or individual tests. I am asking more for general knowledge. Would be good have a go-to thread when people ask which blood tests to run.

bottomline...when running only test at 500-700 bloods are not that important. I guess u already know how your natty hpta is doing.

Maybe midtest to determind the quality of the gear

This is more of a general discussion Sil, not really about me. All my gear is bought directly from the pharmacy, so no testing needed. One of the benefits of currently living in India.

I would not agree with no blood tests. That would seem, somewhat, reckless.
