Coming off cycle during Football season?

Hi everyone,

I just finished Week 6 of my first cycle which is Test Cyp 500mg a week. For the first four weeks I kickstarted with Tbol 50mg a day. My cycle was planned to end by Week 10, however, I walked on to a college football team two weeks ago and I'm wondering if it would be a bad idea to come off during the height of the season in October?

Would my performance be a lot worse after PCT? I am considering extending my cycle to maybe 14-16 weeks. Is that too long for a first cycle?

Results I've seen in 6 weeks: I've gained 11 lbs while trying to cut weight, but my bodyfat has gone down a lot (seeing veins and cuts). My bench press has gone up 60 lbs and I have an insane amount of confidence. I really don't want to cut this cycle short.

Thoughts?

You can run it however long you desire. Just keep in mind, the longer the cycle, the harder the recovery. And the harder the recovery, the more you're performance takes a hit. Obviously there are other health risks running longer cycles, but you're proposition isn't something I would consider too crazy. Personally I wouldn't do more than 12-14 tho as I feel results seem to taper off around that point with test.

I'm not too familiar with college football but do they not perform random drug tests?

Test Cyp is a long ester and you can run it up to 14 weeks. I wouldn't go longer than 14 weeks as you could have difficulty restarting your HPTA. Most drug testing is done for recreational drugs and not normally steroids . The thing is even if you stopped your cycle right now Test Cyp will leave a trace for quite a few weeks.

You might want to check and see what their testing policy is just in case....

I believe the NCAA only tests division l and ll athletes, and in a random manner.

But if your team makes it to a playoff game or wins a division I think the drug testing policy changes and most everyone gets tested.

I had no clue. Just seemed prudent.
