    My first steroid course

    Hi all, I’ve been searching info and reading reviews for a lot of time.
    I am 27, 175cm, 80 kg, 12% KF, dealing for 4 years with motor sports.
    I need a steroid course, because I want it to be easy and fast.
    I eat relatively clean, kcal 3200-3600 g a day, 3-4 l water per day, vitamins I try to take from healthy food.

    I have strong and defined legs, as from the very begining I attached great importance to this. This is definitely better than my upper side.
    I’ve had 12 weeks to check my blood values. Everything is very good. Liver tests/ cholesterol / bloodwork/ cardiologist, is all clear.

    I have a specific question to the community.. I have read so much and heard about thepharmacom.com. what would you advice? Did anybody have experience with them? All my friends keep saying they are the best easy.

    Workout: training 5 times a week 60-90 mins. Every 5 days I burden the same muscle.

    What would you recommend me? any advise will be good.

    your looking good mate and that bf percentage is nice but what ive learned from these forums these past couple of gains is your gonna have to up those calories by a lot if you want to see the results you wanna see diet is everything ive learned.

    Edit: days not gains LOL

    !st I would suggest you do a lil research to fine out wat you are actually doing to your body and wat to expect and wat to do if you have problems.You can learn all this by reading our stickys.We are here to help you bro but you have to do your part.So how long have you been training? BF% diet?

    Bull. If you do this shit pretty ok, u May gain 2 years perfect training in two 90% months. Thats pretty fast and easy If you ask me.

    i've got a 7 weeks test cycle here. as they say i better take 150mg of testosterone once in 2 days, the same with nandrolone 100mg. and 10mg of dianabols a day.
    a friend of mine says i should take more diana, what do you think?

    Beats me why you need steroids for motor sports lol.

    Anyways you came here for help and the good folks indicated the proper 1st cycle back on post #4, seems you are completely ignoring the advice given. Whats the point of posting if then you ignore the advice, not even addressing it???

    With the cycle you proposed your are setting yourself for complete failure and even facing lifetime hormonal problems, hope you are aware of this.

    well the advise was not to use them at all.
    but as it was already decided, need an advise on how to use them properly.

    The advice was to use test only and do proper research.

    Good luck pinning test prop on virgin muscles.

    Yes, that's the consensus. Sometimes we don't get the answer we wanted. And "I'm going to do it anyway" is a very reckless, dangerous attitude to have.

    You need to be more specific on what you plan on running. For example;

    <Insert compound here> xxx mg's per week for xxx weeks
    <Insert compound here> xxx mg's per week for xxx weeks
    <Insert compound here> xxx mg's per week for xxx weeks

    OCT is XXXX
    PCT is XXXX

    as an update. almost 3 weeks on test. feeling great. wanna increase stregth on all lifts and maintain it. eat + sleep+ train a lot

    In the training "game" nothing is instant gratification nor easy nor fast. Long term goals that will take a life style of diet, hard work beyond failure or To failure. Dedication etc etc. just saying. I like the benifets one can boost with a cycle but I by no means will be decided by this alone. I have ability given by God God willing
    PS: I never ran a cycle in my life.

    full 4 weeks now, 500mg test split in 2 doses. still dont feel anything, i mean test. have increased my reps. waiting for like a "boom" effect.
