    Course

    Hello all I'm 45 and been out the gym for 12 years I'm back in at last 3 weeks in I'm thinking of taking a little something to stimulate myself I need to loose some fat but want to put on a little size at the same time I was thinking of taking some Dianabol and some Trem/Winstrol any more suggestions would be greatly appreciated cheers Craig

    Train your body for awhile longer get yourself to a natural plateau..find your tdee make sure your diet is sufficient and body fat low enough..then look into a good test cycle..if you need any help a long the way we're here..

    Btw what's your bodyfat,weight,cycle history?

    Do not take any of the compounds you have mentioned. If I were you I would rather be focusing on nutrition and training rather than looking for a quick fix. You haven't done any blood work to determine if you are in a safe state of health to start taking AAS. Over 40 years old we need to be far more cognisant of our health.

    AAS isnt a diet aid you need too eat right and excise too lose weight.Doing aas without having been training you could very easy tear up your tendons and legaments.Your muscles would get stronger long before they would.

    Coffee is a great stimulant.

    Steroids are not stimulants, they are hormones, and taking them stimulate the shutdown of your testosterone .
