    HGH and Winstrol

Hey all... I have looked for answer but have trouble getting a clear answer. Maybe the reason is that I am not that smart so please forgive me...

I need to cut and cut weight. I am trying to lower my weight for a fight.

    Here are my parameters.

    Age: 45
    Weight: 229
    Height: 5'11

    Goal Weight: 207

    Diet: Paleo

    Exercise:
Sunday: Interval Sprints for 35 minutes and then legs, squats 4 X20, Sled 4X20, Extension 4X20, Leg Curl 4X20
Monday: 1.5 hours Jiu Jitsu - Lesson for 45 minutes and 45 minutes open mat fighting ( full speed Jiu Jitsu sparring 4 to 5 6 minute rounds)
Tuesday: 2 hours Jiu Jitsu - Lesson for 60 minutes and 60 minutes open mat fighting
    Wednesday: 5 mile run
Thursday: 2 hours Jiu Jitsu - Lesson for 60 minutes and 60 minutes open mat fighting
Friday: Light Jitsu - Upper body weights
Saturday - 2 hours of Jiu Jitsu high impact sparring

    Supplement:

Winnie - Oral - 30 mg a day - Taken morning, noon and night
HGH - Jintropin - 3 IU at Wake up, 3 IU at bedtime

So far all I have accomplished is putting on 7 pounds. I feel and look VERY bloated

    Any suggestions?

This is not a good idea to cut weight. You are using chinese HGH so you're going to get bloated and put on water weight no way around it (trust me i'm in the same boat). Running winny on a cut does not make any sense it is good to hold on to muscle while in a calorie deficit but you run the risk of putting on muscle which may not work in your favour here.

What is your BF%? How many calories are you taking in per day? How long till your fight? And I am assuming you're not worried about a drug test then either

id add weight and lower your reps for power. Like 8-10. Sometimes at least. Instead of just doing aerobics. I know u want endurance. But u should challenge ur self. And do u go to failure on your 20th rep? How long is your rest periods between sets. I do sprints up step steps skipping every 3 steps and at the top of each stair sprint I do 20 air squats. And lunges up hills for stabilizers pluse one leg air squats I have no gym pass so I train like rocky balboa in rocky 5 vs the Russian lol I also ruck up and down horse trails with 80-90 lbs in my MOLLE pack. / ruck sack. Super muscle endurance. My muscles never get tired. Just my lungs since I just started training again

    Thanks Livinlean for the reply.

    1. I do not know my body fat, but I am NOT super lean. Getting leaner is THE reason I got the HGH and the AS and started the cycle.
    2. I keep calories to around 2200. Not always... but most days.
    A. I eat clean. Chicken Breast and lettuce lunch, banana and high end protein shakes in the morning and night. ( I cheat sometimes but again, I am MOSTLY good about diet)
    3. 30 days until fight
    4. The org I fight with only tests once or twice a year. I got tested before the last fight and there is very little chance I will get tested again.

I can make weight by cutting water and food 5 days before and then going to zero water for the final two days etc... However, my goal is to be close to natural 207, not a last minute weight cut 207. I want to fight the rest of the year at 207.

    More info for you:

I used to be fat... 265 and a BMI of 33. I got down to 220 steadily and now I can not get under 220 without drastic dehydrating.
I would describe myself as a natural fatty. I have always carried body fat.
A testament to me being a natural fatty... I ran a marathon in February 2016 in under 4:30 and while training never got under 220 lbs.
I have some Norditropin being delivered tomorrow. Not a big fan of the Jinotropin. A side note question... does it matter if you switch GH types in the middle of a GH cycle?
I can get any sort of AS delivered overnight and price is not a huge concern for me so any recommendation for AS or Supplement is welcome.
This is my first AS or GH or PED cycle of any kind.
I am dedicated and persistent and I really want to lose another 15 lbs of body fat.
    Any advice is welcome.

    Thanks Marsoc

I will add weight and do less reps. Thank you for the suggestion.
I do try and hit failure on my high reps. I use 20 reps as a general number.
I rest as little as possible between sets but will focus on making the time shorter. Thank you again.
Love the Rocky workout. Killer stuff. I will try the backpack with weight.

I sometime use a high altitude mask while doing interval sprints. That hurts but you get a good buzz, Lol.

    Thanks for the reply Euroholic.

I am 30 days out on the fight.

And again thank all of you for the advice. I need to get to a natural ( by natural I mean not a dehydrated ) 207 or as close to it as possible.

    Thank you.

Is it an MMA fight or a grappling match?
Do you have time for double training sessions?

If I were in your shoes brother I would just lose water weight for this time and then take 3 months off competition to do things gradually.

While the Paleo diet does have some good stuff in it,
the whole premise for the diet is total garbage.
Paleo is pretty much based into at we were genetically adapted to food during the Stone Age, and that we somehow haven't evolved in the 10000 years that agriculture has existed.

Which considering the life expectancy of the average Stone Age man is stupid enough in itself, especially when you see the rise in life expectancy that came about with the agricultural revolution.

Sorry, but I just can't help myself when I hear the word Paleo.

Switching types of hGH during cycle doesn't matter, as long as both are real, if not, then you want get any benefit of the fake one... As usual.

DocToxin8 ... my buddy gives me the same amount of grief about Paleo so I got a good laugh about your comment. Paleo as a concept is ludicrous. I try to eat clean and Paleo is the easiest way to describe it. I applaud logic in any form.

I have been burned so many times on fake GH. Now, the first thing I do is drive to a clinic and have them test it. Costly but effective. I have been burned by fake stuff, non delivery and this one dude in Texas who just took my money. Do not ever order GH from a guy with this phone number BTW... (979) 888-5450. Total dick.

    Kaido

Thanks for the reply.. grappling. No time for double training sessions. I will most likely heed your advice.

Let me ask this in a different way...

Update on progress... since I added the winny in my cycle I am now up 11 lbs.
BUT I can see a difference in body comp. I have less fat on my stomach. Every part of my body is way more solid.

What is the best way with supplements to cut body fat and get lean. I would greatly appreciate if someone told me like I am an eight year old... again not that smart and new at this so would love any and all advice.

I can't really tell you about supplements because I haven't used them much myself, maybe someone more experienced/knowledgable can help you with this.

You can try perfecting your nutrition though until the fight.

-Eat protein and veggies every meal. A lot green veggies and 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight per day.

-All carbs are out except fruit with the meal before training and starchy carbs after training. Limit them to 75-100 grams daily.

-Healthy fats with every meal that doesn't have carbs in it. Eat 0.5 grams of fat per pound of bodyweight per day.

-The only things you can drink is water, plain black coffee and amino's intra workout.

-No cheat meal until the weight-ins or after the fight.

    Hope it helps mate.

    Supps that also helps with fat loss;

-caffeine; improves fat loss, especially during activity
-BCAA; (or leucine primarily) has been shown in animal studies to prevent fat gain from a hypercaloric diet, since BCAA is one of the few supps that's got merit as a muscle aid as well I'd say use it.
7G with a high protein breakfast/shake, then 5G before or during workout. 5G with a protein shake/protein meal after workout.

    Also, for improving fat loss try to do some activity like this;
Some push ups during upon waking. Careful not to do to many, point is not to wear out the muscle but to get a pump.
So a few reps, wait and a few reps, with such short breaks you'll feel a good pump quickly without tiring out the muscle,
and next day use an elastic band for pull ups.
Also just do some squats without weight.
This is all just do get the minimal amount of stimuli needed to increase protein synthesis in the muscle, and up fat burning, without tiring out the muscle, as this comes in addition to your normal workouts.
Walks are also nice, but more time consuming.
Some light cardio as well if your not allready doing it.
    Depends on your goals.

Agree, but the Paleo is extremely healthy compared to all the artificial crap people eat nowadays
