Animal B-Complex dosage

I tried looking up how much and how often to use animal grade B-complex. All I found was 2mg. Does anyone know how often? I know it need to be real careful with not toxifying my body and over working my kidneys and to constantly monitoring the color of my urine

Note I am also on sus 300 and enanthate 300 for 5 weeks and on week five starting deca 300.

I am new to the forum and hope I posted in the correct section, I apologize if not.

That's an injectable, correct? I don't think I would considering pinning a vitamin...what are you hoping to benefit?

Just buy some methyl B12 and be done with it.

yes is just like going to the doctor to get B-12 shots to help with energy and metabolism, and yes to administer it IM.
