    T3 between blasts on cruise ?

    Just got off a test tren bulk cycle currently cruising at 250mg of test E a week calories still at 3000 300p 300c 80f I'm at 210 pounds to maintain strength still going up and currently at 8% bodyfat according to calipers and bodpod but I think it's loose skin but everyone says I'm lean but I feel fat and I know that

    So on my cruise keeping calories at a small surplus all clean would running t3 at 50mcg for 4-5 weeks do anything with fat burning and help me lean out a bit before my next blast in February never tried t3 before probably taper calories down a little too

    And I imagine since I'm cruising after my 4-5 week t3!stay on cruise for another 3-4 weeks before my next blast?

    You're not taking enough androgens to warrant using t3.

    You just finished a bulk and your bf is at 8%?

    No offense but I think your numbers are off somewhere.

    I know they are that's why I wanna cut before next blast I know what I look like I say 12% I gained 47 pounds in 23 weeks I was on keto for a year pre so a lot of water weight butbhavent lost a pound coming off

    How much test needed ?

    Not a good idea running T3 with no test, i've did it and it's not good. Tbh if you wanted to run it you should have did it in you bulk, i hate saying that (a bulk )what a load of shit. Just eat good count you tdee's and train hard, bulk and cut shit. Anyway 2-300 mg a wk while running T3 would be good.

    Imo I wouldn't use t3 with less than 350mg/week of test but I prefer to stack it with NPP and/or tren a.

    What kind of doses of test have you successfully stacked with t3?

    250 and 300 a wk numbere, Worked well for me.

    sound mate, i liked 75mcg/day but i also like 50. I did see a big difference in sides though with the 75.

    I agree the side effects drastically increase when over 50mcg/d.

    I like 50mcg/d when bulking and 75-100mcg/d when cutting.

    Potency seems to vary greatly when not using pharmacy grade.

    So my 200mg a week of test should be bumped to maybe 250 and t3 at 50mcg?
    Will I even see a difference while staying in a surplus

    I'm not completely sure of your goals.

    If you're cruising between cycles that means you're taking a TRT dose, or slightly more, of test.

    When you stack other hormones you're no longer cruising.

    The point of a cruise is to give your body a break.

    That answers what I needed , and yes I did read the link before

    ill wait to my blast and maybe consider it but probably stay away than cause blasting I bulk not cut
