Two different body parts in one training session, sure.
Two training sessions per day, ehhh, requires a long answer,
or shorter; don't.

Sup... thought I will chime in on this, as past few weeks I have been doing every12h workouts 7am and 7pm, one bodybpart per workout followed by intense 10 min cardio... I thought I will experiment because it so felt to me "because I can" and so far Im feeling amazing and keep on doing it. PS no days off, so far so good.... wanna benchmark myself on this for once to see how long before I overwork my CNS.
Workouts are short yet intense and very concentrated toward specific muscle group...maybe the reason why Im still "OK".... will see
For the most part its very personal and everybody may find it working diferently for each other.
I would only say do it if youre certain what youre doing, feel and know your body well enough to experiment in such ways...and if you can to at least stay consistent with it then you should be fine, evaluate yourself frequently and see if it stick to your routine and then carry on. Once you loose consistency - its game over for your gains, which I mean for the linear improvement overall while on. Good luck

Two a days are possible with strict diet sleep rest and zero stress,
If you're going to attempt this you need rest rest rest and tons of food or you will not recover before the next workout and won't gain any size
I would do maybe cardio morning weights night if you wanna play it safe

I've tried it a few times when schedule was busy and had to fit in all my workouts in 2 or 3 days. The first workout was good and every one after that just went downhill by the end of second day I could tell my strength was down and reps were lower than normal.
Didn't work for me but everyone is different.

I workout 2x daily. This allows me to focus on the large muscles and the small ones in the afternoon or cardio. Calves, forearms, and glutes are second workout along with cardio.
My best results were when i workout 3x daily. 30 minutes for each workout, but very intense. Not practical today with my work.

I think if your unemployed and have no family and can just sleep like a baby through the day and inbetween your workouts then maybe
But theres no way i could get up early in the morning train my ass off for an hour, work a physical job all day, spend time with my family and smash another hour in the gym
I think id be depeleted and never see any gains, maybe good for cutting i dont know
I think 5 intense workouts a week is more than enough

I don't believe there is an answer to this question.
Everybody is different and everyone recovers differently.
If you feel like doing it give it a go and see how it goes for ya, no harm in doing so and just depends on your lifestyle outside of the gym

If you decide to train 2x per day, may I suggest the following? The early morning workout should be pretty short and intense. I workout 45 minutes or less. I'm trying to get a workout in before my cortisol level builds up too high. The evening session can can be a little longer since you'll sleep and recover for the next day. If you workout too much 2x daily, you'll over train and you'll gain little. Also, I train 3 days and take 1 day completely off. I did this regiment for 4 weeks in preparation for my last show. I dropped to 6% body fat and still felt great.

No. I guess u regulary dont or u wouldnt be asking. Remember aas just enchance what u already are doing a little bit. Dont do anything stupid. Dont change anything. At most add a set with a little bit heavier weigths. Then go on to the next as u use to.
Or add another exersise perhaps.
The increased quality in your regular rutine will be enough.
Only real change u could do are doing a lot more reps. With ligther weigths. Some say you will respond better to high rep training when on cause your increased RBC will stretch the muscle foscia when pumped in the muscle. Stretching the foscia is by many cosidered important, even there are no scientific reports to back up that claim.
